Check-in: 2/5 Room standard: 2/5 (for a 3-star hotel) Quiet: 4/5 The interior was quite old fashioned, but the room was clean. It didn't seem that the windows were properly sealed because next to the window it was chilly. Also, check-in was not very pleasant. I didn't feel welcome.

Well located. Near metro Monumental and Glorшуы. The hotel is clean. It's not top but good for 3 stars. Slippers were not provided. The staff is polite. We did not use the restaurant there, we preferred to eat every day in a new place.

Fantastic staff who will go out of their way to help you! As a solo traveller they were very helpful and friendly! Nice breakfast and clean hotel.

The rooms are clean, and the location is excellent! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I needed support due to a health emergency, and they went above and beyond to help me out!

Location was good overall, central enough we can walk to all the tourist attractions and enough restaurants nearby. Staff were rude, never said hello and when they saw you coming they looked away. They won't let you check in earlier despite coming off a 24 hour international flight and arriving at 8am. If you ask reception for anything through the phone they won't bring it up, you have to go down to get it. The rooms are very small and very dark. Also the main deal breaker was the heat. They didn't have aircon working at all despite advertising it. The room was 24-26 degrees the whole time and when we asked them about it they said they still have the heaters running and can't have the option of heater and aircon on together. Would not recommend if you get hot very easily unless you confirm with them that the air con has been officially switched on.

People from hotel Glories are great and good hosts. Staff was pretty kind and pleasant. Had a great time there. Staff was also open to help with some problems around transport and contacting local transport agency. Even in the end when I forgot my hat they workers were very helpful since they answered on my mails and sent me my hat which has huge value to me back to my place by post office. Breakfasts were fine, room was clean and settled up. Thanks for great time in Barcelona.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, but a bit run down. Some of the furniture simply should be replaced. The hotel is in a good location, close to La Sagrada Familia and good restaurants.

Good hotel. Was cheaper than others even with a good breakfast included. Location is okay, close-ish to La Sagrada Familia and the bullring however not really close to anything else (it does seem as though Barcelona landmarks are quite a distance from one another anyway).

Very nice hotel! Centrally located. Room was clean! We stayed there one night, only bc a friend offered her place for us to stay, otherwise,I'd have stayed here my whole time in Barcelona.

Rooms are too small for the rates I was shocked that they don't have an iron for guest , no courtesy water, tea bags sugar or kettle . We had to ask for a kettle to boil water, cups and glasses We had to buy our own tea bags, milk, water and sugarless. I wonder if wash bed covers after each guest I could smell dust in it so took it off the bed . Breakfast was fair, they can improve on cereal non for those on special diet .

The hotel facilities, the location, the breakfast and the proximity to the main bus station are definitely a plus for this hotel, the only suggestion: needs improvement the front desk attention, is really rude, you do not fell welcome at anytime. The breakfast staff and the maids instead are very nice.

Good stay, had everything I could possibly need or want. Close to the bus station which was my preferred choice as lots of trips depart from the station. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia. I particularly enjoyed breakfast and loved the scrambled eggs and the tomato on the bread. My safe was not working properly and they sent someone straight away to fix it. Room has a fridge, safe and complimentary toiletries.

The hotel staff is cleanimg every day. Very friendly and familiar place to stay and enjoy

Starting from the hotel, with help from the staff, I was able to trace a route in which I could walk around nearly every attraction and touristic destination. The view from the rooms and the rooftop is fantastic, you can see Tower Agbar from the rooftop at all times. The pools are nice as well and the room service is really quick.

The rooms are nice, the restaurant, has very good breakfast, and the girl from reception, OMG, she is so helpful. The location is super ok - near sagrada familia, like 10 minutes walk.

Very nice and attentive staff. Clean rooms with all the necessities. The hotel is ideally located : 12 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia and less than 10mins walk from metro line 1 which gives access to many famous places in Barcelona. Many buses also stop near the hotel. I definitely recommend Hotel Glories.

It was the cheapest hotel found, with 52euro/night, close to Sagrada Familia. Clean place, friendly staff available 24/7, easy to reach with Metro or bus. Furniture is old and used and the windows do not close tightly, and you hear all the street noise. Room's doors are old and you almost see inside.
