Very basic for a 4 star hotel, the swimming pool in advert is TINY just about fits 2-3 people max. Everyone complaining about it. Stayed room only ... but bar facility was rarely open or manned. Advised of compulsory extra " tourist tax " on arrival another extra €85 euros (2 people x 1 week stay ). My partner had an attempted bag snatch immediately outside front hotel entrance doors. I would not return to this Hotel or Barcelona ever again, it is a tourist rip off culture. No view from room, exchanged allocated room on arrival. Generally not good value.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel in fall break (okt 14-21). We chose the hotel because we liked the location a lot. It’s in the middle of the city and it’s about two stops away (by subway) from the Ramblas! Amazing. There’s a lot of tapas restaurants and bars around the hotel. However.. our room was on the first floor which meant we could hear the subway under the ground pretty loudly. I think this won’t be a problem when you’re on a higher floor. The swimming pool, breakfast and room were very nice 👍🏻 Overal a great stay, thank you Concordia hotel Barcelona!

I stayed there for 4 nights for honeymoon and they made a coordination for us. All the staff were so kind and friendly that we could enjoy and have a pleasant stay. My husband cought a cold during the stay and they kindly provided ice and thermometer without any hesitations.

This hotel is definitely worth finding. The rooms are really clean and nice. Pay the extra and get a three person room, as it was huge by European standards. Plus, it's on the front of the hotel. My kids thought it was awesome that they could open the window and listen to the sounds of Barcelona. The staff are amazing. Best part of staying at the Hotel Concordia. We arrived with a fleet of luggage from the airport at 6:30 AM. They put our stuff in storage and answered what seemed like a thousand dumb questions with a smile. Gave us suggestions on what to see and pointed us in the direction of the closest metro. The staff even called us when one of our two rooms became available early. When we came back after a long day, they had all of our check-in done. All I did was sign. Plus, when they realized we were going to the soccer game that evening, they gave us tips and which metro to go to. Really was helpful. Overall, this hotel and its staff made our stay in Barcelona a lot easier, and it went smoother. Also, the neighborhood is perfectly safe. I had to run out at 11;15 pm to get something for my wife and felt perfectly fine.

It was a decent place to stay for a short time. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Close to the cruise ship port. Literally a 15 min or less walk straight up the street. Lots of buses & public transportation nearby. Just not a more upscale area of Barcelona. Our view was of a an adjacent apartment building. Not a very pleasant view. But overall it was clean.

Nice hotel, nice staff, the are really friendly and if you have questions the will help you out. Rooms are nice and not very expensive, hotel has an nice location. I would recommend this hotel! Definitely a 4 star hotel.

The front desk agent spoke both Spanish and English which was welcome by me (native English speaker; Spanish secondary). The room smelled pleasant (no weird chemicals), the shower head was pointed at the wall to avoid spraying you when you first turn the knob, the bed was firm (great for me), the A/C cooled quickly, the desk and chair were very comfortable, and room was immacculate. The pool was nice and clean as well. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed 4 nights. Service is Fantastic! All front clerks were Very Nice, ready to help and English speaking. I even didn't have European phone charger and guy just gave me to use one! I also forgot to check out on time so thy let me stay extra 3 hours and get packed without extra charge. Also when I arrived they made my room ready at noon, not 3pm! Very clean! and very safe even it is on very busy crazy street. I asked hight floor, and they gave it to me, so it was not loud. Yes pool is small but this really wasn't my priority, i didn't go to Spain to seat in the pool. Oh... and breakfast is GREAT! So Thank you!!!!!!!

Modern style hotel, without a particular style. Quite spacious double rooms. The swimming pool, very small (more or less 5x2.5 m), is surrounded by tall buildings which prevent the direct sun at many times of the day. From a 4-star hotel I would expect the availability of a restaurant (possibly external agreement) and a bidet in the bathrooms...

I know March is low season but I got more cheaper price. Love the hospitality by all the staff, room is very clean and new. Great location within city centre it is not as crowded as La Ramblas and central areas.

The Hotel Concordia Barcelona was a great hotel. We traveled there with a group of 21 people, and everyone liked their rooms. My room was very nice, super comfortable, clean, and with a good view from my window. The service was excellent! Very friendly, well knowledge, respectful, and professional. We will definitely stay here again. It is located pretty close to the middle, if not, in the middle of Av. del Paral-lel.

Booked this place because it had a “mini bar” or small fridge. Bought a whole bunch of food that needs refrigerating for it to not even be working. Guy at the front desk wouldn’t help till the next day which means our food went off. Said it’s not meant to be “cold”. Only “cool” which again it wasn’t at all, the whole thing was just room temperature and couldn’t see any working lights. Very very disappointed with this accomodation, book else where if you’re travelling!

Decided to stay a little more upmarket this time and loved staying here. Room was big with double bed. Pool was small and area quiet, but it was during pandemic so parts may not have been open. All you can eat breakfast is provided at a cost. Handy location for metro station to centre, and buses to beach.

We stayed for one night before starting a cruise. Very close to the cruise Terminal, but also for starting bus Hop-on/ Hop-off Tour through Barcelona. Room small, but clean.

We just spent a night on the suite so we didn't have a lot of time to explore the facilities, but overall the stay was excellent. The room (and the shower) was so spacious, the mattress was comfy and there were lots of amenities that added to this feeling of comfort (coffee machine, robe,etc.). The chimney didn't work at the beginning but it was very soon fixed.

Unbelievably small room. We travelled with small hand luggage,no chance to open the bag in the room. Requested room with balcony-turns out its almost impossible to get one,as they're only 4. Have that in mind,because most photos on the website are of those rooms. Really noisy!!! You cannot sleep. Noice coming from outside is just too loud. Elevator is for one person only-you will use stairs all the time. Breakfast- 1st day we went at 8.15,half of the stuff were finished. When asked to bring more "Sorry its finished". Second day we went at 9 - they didn't even have clean glasses for coffee and water. When asked if they will top up the food "Sorry its finished". Terrible for the price you will pay. Will never recommend.

Nice hotel in good location. Staff were very friendly. Only downside was we book a double bed but got 2 single beds pushed together

Stayed here for one night before getting on a cruise. We've been to Barcelona several times before and chose this Hotel because of it's great location. It's at one of the main roads with all the action. Only a 10' ride from the port and only a 10' walk from our most favourite place in town: Quimet & Quimet. So for us it has the perfect location. There's a bakery / coffee shop just around the corner as well and several mini-marts. The room was very nice. Modern, really clean and also very quiet. TV, aircon/heater, free WiFi and all the usual stuff. Had a very good night here, very comfy bed. We really have to point out that it's a very very clean place and for this price a great value. Front desk were really nice and friendly folks. A quick and easy check-in and check-out. Organised a taxi for us as well, very convenient and on time. It's great for a night before cruising or also for a city-trip. Becaus of the central location you can walk to many sights easily or the the subway, which is near. A great place to stay.

Great location, beside the Metro. Very clean with good food and the room was basic but nice. Most staff were great! I would definitely stay again.

AVOID BOOKING! i booked this hotel for my holiday to Barcelona and my flight was cancelled 1 day before, obviously no fault of my own, there was no alternative flights going so i requested for a refund and it was declined! I explained them the situation and was hit with a silly irrelevant scenario: ‘Let suppose so, that you come at the hotel and we changed the price of you reservation and tell you that you have to pay 10-15% more than the price you booked, you will tell us that in your reservation the prices are diferents and you won't pay, which is totally normal’ My flight was cancelled and there was no alternative flights going, so what kind of silly response was this!? How was i suppose to attend my booking. Even my booking agents were shocked at this response and stated they should have been more understanding. Just avoid booking as if anything goes wrong which is out if your control, they will not refund you!! Especially if your coming from abroad!!

All in all a great experience. Every staff member was outmost friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, bed, bath etc... no complains at all. Bit strange that we hadn't had a toilet brush. Could have just been our room and we haven't asked about it. And unfortunately the cozy pool bar wasn't staffed with personeel during our stay. No big deal though, the city offers enough possibilities for a cold drink 😎 Would recommend -> ✔️ Would come back -> ✔️
