You’ll pay to stay in a martess full of bed bugs. The manager is very unprofessional. The rest of the staff is friendly. There’s lack of manteinance in the cleaning area, showers are usually flooded and the toilets are nasty. If I were you I would go to another hostel

Go there if you wanna sleep with bedbugs. Nasty bathrooms and clogged showers. Friendly staff but the manager is very unprofessional. They don’t seem to realize that the bedbugs are a big deal and actually sent someone to the hospital for a severe allergic reaction. Don’t recommend going there

Best hostel that i seen in Barselona. Very comfortable and frendly. Every evening they cooking some dishes for free, and offer night bar trips. Yes, i leave negative also: RENT TOWEL for 3 Euro, thats crazy when u going to hostel for economy! And no stable wi fi in room.

First of all, this might be the best hostel I've been in all my travels. They have all this activities all week which makes very easy to meet new people and have fun while still getting to know the best of Barcelona, free dinners, my room was very nice with locker for myself and I couldn't ask for a better location (close to sagrada familia, parks and cafes). The staff is amazing and always ready to help you and give recommendations if you ask. A very nice experience that I won't forget. Definitely going back next time I'm around!!! Thanks for everything

Easily the best hostel I’ve ever been to. The staff were amazing and the facilities were great. Every night there are events organised which makes it super easy to socialise with others in the hostel. It’s location is so close to everything and there is proper air conditioning throughout the whole property.

Best hostel in Barselona. Very comfortable and friendly. Every evening free communal dinner, traditional paella or tapas. Interesting free walking tour and night bar walks 💗 very close to metro and train stations and a walking distance from most places.

Great chill hostel with the best high pressure hot showers (if you pick the right ones) comfy rooms (the best is #1.. 4 bed, large balcony and close to entry, plus sliding blackout shutters for sleeping in!) The dorm downstairs (8 or 10 bed..? I forget.. anyway, the largest and cheapest) can be a bit noisy if you need to siesta or get some early sleep.. but it's super spacious, next to the best shower and very social (right next to kitchen) so have ear plugs ready if you're sensitive.. also because people are constantly in and out as usual with larger dorm rooms.. Staff is really cool and very international.. great social activities.. free! You can't go wrong staying here. It's not the best hostel, but a great hostel and maybe the best value! So many pluses.. reasonable laundry service.. safe (staff really watches out for who comes and goes) and.. and.. and..

Booked for 4 nights, stayed for 2 only and had to run away at 11 pm on the third night due to BED BUGS! Hostel has a great mingling culture, and heaps of programs for travellers throughout the week. They also offer free dinner every night where you get to cook together and get to know others. Location is very convenient and close to many attractions too. But that stops there. It has a serious case of bed bug infestation and the manager knows it too, however they tend to keep the rooms open and cover this with parties and food. The bites started on my legs and ankles from the second day but I didn’t think too much about it thinking it’s mosquitoes. However at the night of the third day while laying on the bed I saw a bed bug crawling right there!!! I caught it alive in a napkin, and immediately told a staff who said he doesn’t know about it or what to do, and that manager is on her way. Manager wasn’t surprised to see the bedbug, and said there was a case 3 weeks ago and they closed the room and did a full cleaning. Asked if they did anything about mattresses and she said no they put new sheets on the mattresses. They are not experts and thought that would be enough, and the bedbugs could come from the walls?! I said it’s common knowledge bedbugs lay eggs in mattress and how as a hostel manager she doesn’t know it?! I then said I cant sleep there anymore and need to be moved to their other hostel. She said it’s full but she may be able to move me upstairs in another room. Asked if they ever had bedbug issues there and she said yes!! So the hostel is booking out the rooms knowing this issue exists!! They eventually refunded us for the full stay, washed the clothes we thought may have had touched the mattress. We had to book another accommodation last minute in Barcelona which was a headache itself as everywhere was booked out and the manager was pushing us towards booking places with low and bad reviews. We eventually moved to the new place at midnight! It was a huge inconvenience and nightmare, the bite marks increased and I am now seriously worried about the rest of my luggage. So if you care about the hygiene, AVOID!!

The hostel has exceeded my expectations. I had a great time. all the dinners they prepare are amazing. on fridays and sundays you can go to the beach. Sometimes they make amazing sangrias. I loved how they include people in making dinners together. I will recommend them to my friends.

Clean, good location. Lacking secured storage capacity in rooms (small locker, no luggage). Downstairs room is flooded with noise from kitchen/lobby.

Location is great, rooms are fine, yet air conditioning from my experience was either too strong or non-existent. Service and stuff is nice, along with the common space.

Very good location, clean bathrooms and hostel activities like free paella nights and pub crawls. I only stayed for 1 night but I would definitly recommend as it is inexpensive.

This hostel was wonderful. Free food or drink every night. Someone from the hostel took you out every night until waaaaay in the early (is 6 am early morning) to bars for dancing and drinking and mingling. I got 4 hours sleep each night for 6 nights! Best time ever!! I'll be back!!

Best hostel in Barcelona! In the hearth of the city, big rooms, big balcony, big space, clean and quiet. The team is on fire, you can have free meal at 9pm if you participate in cooking and after they take you to bars and club hihi :) I wish I could stay here more but I have to go :( Very chill time ! :D

I stayed at 360 Hostel Centro Barcelona recently and found it to be a rather underwhelming experience. While the hostel offers some weekly activities, they are fairly standard and don't set it apart from others. The sanitary facilities, in particular, were extremely dirty—showers overflowing, and an unpleasant odor permeating all the restrooms. The evening entertainment was lackluster, likely due to a low turnout and the presence of many older guests. Compared to other hostels where I've enjoyed vibrant nights out with 50+ people exploring bars and clubs throughout the week, this hostel fell short. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless you seek a quiet time for yourself with minimal expectations for cleanliness.

Although this was my first hostel I must say that I was impressed. The energy in the place was very positive. Lockers came for free and it is in a great location. They also serve free meals on certain days of the week! The atmosphere breathes sociability and they go on pub crawls as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting around.

One of the best hostels I've ever been! People are nice, price was cheap, rooms and bathrooms were very clean (which in some hostel could not happen) and with enough bathroom / showers! As an extra, for the two nights I stayed there, there has been free sangria the first evening and free tapas the second! Really, really happy of the choice!

The second nicest hostel I've been at out of the four. Nice and friendly staff who make various dishes every night, they're complimentary too! They also do nightly trips to a bar for a one time payment of 15 euros. Our room had a balcony. The rooms had a bit more than just the beds too. The pillows were nice too. My only complaints are that the bathrooms aren't in each room, it's communal for the floors. And the location isn't the best, 5 minute walk to the Arc du triumph but it's down some back roads.

It was a very great hostel, the atmosphere was great and the staff was amazing in so many ways. They create a nice, caring, community vibe. They provide with lots of information and suggestions, just in case you went with a plan. It was truly my best stay for all of tour. The facilities are extensive so there is much to do. I was not so impressed with the size of the bathroom, a bit too small and not so clean.

Amazing, clean place with very friendly and helpful staff. The building has a retro yet modern feel to it and is absolutely beautiful. The hostel is also really central so it's close to everywhere you want to be. Will definitely go back again!

Friendly, accommodating and comfortable! The staff were very interactive with the guests and the facilities are pleasant, well kept and relatively modern! Includes a well equipped kitchen, free tea and coffee, fridge space, unisex showers, gendered toilets and a variety of different dorms to choose from!

I tried to contact them TWO WEEKS before my booking to cancel because of COVID-19, TWO DAYS before my stay they were CLOSED DOWN BY THE SPANISH GOVERNMENT, they not only charged me but they also refuse to refund my money even though they were closed and I could not legally stay at their hostel. Anyone who doesn't want to be stolen from I suggest staying far away from here.
