of
the
worst
experience
I’ve
ever
had.
After
staying
back
in
2018
and
had
overall
a
decent
experience
I
sadly
decided
to
come
back
few
days.
When
I
arrive
nobody
welcomed
us
the
staff
was
cold
and
inattentive.
They
assign
me
a
room
with
Internal
view,
couldn’t
even
open
windows
till
my
4th
day
complain.
The
floor
was
broken,
some
areas
bubbly,
mostly
like
water
infiltration,
the
room
was
humid
and
smelly.
the
room
was
overall
shabby
and
old,
bathroom
didn’t
work
properly
water
wasn’t
draining
(also
the
other
rooms)
and
there
was
no
tool
to
clean
the
toilet.
We
booked
3
rooms
for
a
week
and
they
treat
us
horribly.
Also
the
cleaning
service
didn’t
show
up
for
3
days.
(Someone
said
I
didn’t
want
cleaning
service,
but
I
never
said
that).
I
ask
3000
times
to
get
a
better
room
(of
the
same
category
as
my
friends
had)
and
no
one
ever
in
a
single
day
moved
me
from
that
disgusting
accommodation.
At
the
reception
they
told
me
the
hotel
was
sold
out
but
it
was
just
a
big
lie,
as
every
day
I
spoke
to
the
room
service
giving
them
a
tip
and
they
told
me
more
than
30%
of
the
hotel
was
unsold.
I
remember
in
all
this
uncomfortable
situation
that
this
hotel
sell
itself
as
a
4
superior,
the
service
and
the
common
areas
look
like
damaged
and
cheap.
The
main
pool
area
and
rooftop
that
once
were
nice
and
good
looking
was
full
of
drunk
English
people
without
any
manners
and
respect
for
the
others
guests.
(The
rooftop
bar
staff
is
good).
They
mistake
orders
from
the
kitchen
and
one
day
they
didn’t
want
to
let
us
seat
in
the
bar/restaurant
of
the
ground
level
saying
it
was
closed
telling
us
to
go
order
and
seat
at
the
rooftop.
I
just
came
back
down
from
it
because
there
was
an
event
and
all
the
rooftop
area
was
reserved,
also
with
35
degrees
and
no
shade
they
had
the
shame
to
insist
that
my
girlfriend
couldn’t
eat
at
the
ground
level
tables.
I
freak
out
and
told
that
this
was
literally
unacceptable
to
leave
a
guest
under
heavy
sunlight
and
anyway
without
seats
because
of
the
event.
The
funny
thing
they
told
me
is
u
can
get
room
service
(and
eat
like
an
animal
in
a
shady
smelly
room)
also
some
minutes
later
some
people
were
consuming
on
the
sofa
and
that
was
allowed.
At
the
check
out
they
told
my
friend
all
was
cleared
but
suddenly
they
treat
our
girlfriends
saying
they
were
going
to
call
police
for
an
80€
bill
not
paid,
they
held
the
girls
in
the
hotel
with
security
and
didn’t
let
them
leave.
The
bill
was
anyway
paid
by
my
friend
30
min
later
because
it
was
his
bill
but
associated
to
the
wrong
room
number.

ask
to
put
all
the
orders
in
one
room
only).
What
disgusting
staff
treat
customer
like
this
in
a
hotel?
I’ve
never
experienced
such
a
bad
stay
all
over
the
world
even
in
a
2
star
hotel.
They
need
to
be
trained
and
hire
professional
staff
because
it
look
just
like
these
people
should
have
nothing
to
do
with
hotellerie.
Right
now
I’m
back
in
bcn
in
a
beautiful
5
star
steps
from
it
and
I
can
see
it
from
the
rooftop,
getting
back
all
the
disappointment
from
that
stay.
If
u
need
to
spend
250/300€
a
night
I
truly
advice
you
to
go
elsewhere.
It’s
not
worth
the
money
and
u
will
have
an
uncomfortable
experience
in
a
cheap
damaged
overrated
hotel
that
wanna
look
cool.
In
Barcelona
new
hotels
are
opening
every
year
updated
to
the
best
standards.
They
lost
the
chance
to
keep
a
loyal
customer.
