The location is ideal, close to the old town and close to the beach side equally. Lots of places around to grab some food or drinks. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, as well as the common spaces. The staff was great! helpful, friendly and very cordial.

Definitely book this place ahead of time (do not come in and book in person) as well as when they send you directions make sure you read them. It is very secure- they have a code on the door which they change once a week. They only have staff members working certain times of the day. Maria checked us in and she was so kind and polite. We stayed in a 6 bed dorm. The only negative thing i can say is that the air flow wasn’t very good in the rooms so a few hours of everyone sleeping the stuffy air smell would be horrendous I would have to leave to breath some fresh air.

Helpful staff, I like the private bathrooms, and there is air conditioning! Your personal locker comes with a key so you can feel safe leaving belongings

Very nice choice if you want a nice and cosy hostel in one of the most beautiful area of Barcelona.

Great value for money, good location, friendly staff, no problems with bathrooms (they have 4) or bed. Well supplied shared kitchen with an awesome terace, one living room with tv and a separate area for work with tables and chairs.

spacious hostel, comfortable mattress, good shower and nice people running it. only a ten min walk to plaza de cataluña, great location. they have laundry service available, even though I'm not sure if they have a dryer. the only thing I'd add is curtains on the beds for shared bedrooms for a little more privacy (maybe they already do and I didn't book that room!) would come back!

The hostel was really clean and the staff was really friendly. The location is perfect even to walk everywhere. Lots of supermarkets around and nice places to grab breakfast. Really recommended!

The hostel is set within one of the old ancient buildings close to the Arco de Triunfo de Barcelona. But once you get in, it is a cool place. First things first, I must mention the hospitality of the staff, who is warm and welcoming. The facilities within the hostel was great including the rooms, common areas and the toilets.

I would definitely say this is the best hostel I have ever been to. For what a hostel is, this is amazing. They have everything you would need from a kitchen to laundry. It is clean and not grubby as what you would expect from a hostel. Would definitely recommend!

Very good hostel close to the center. Clean facilities and a cosy terrace. Free lockers in the room. Friendly and helpful stuff. But unfortunately the metro goes underneath. Can be noisy and rumble. La Rumbla is just 20 min. by feet.

Well designed, well run, super clean very modern hostel with all the amenities (well equipped kitchen, living/lounge and a cafe-style space as well as a balcony terrace) and genuine friendly staff: (Sabrina) who are super helpful offering local recommendations and eateries The only thing that let the superb standard of the hostel down a notch is the bathroom/showers: A shower head holder was broken, no bath mat or hand towels for guests to use only electric hand dryer. Would be good to leave a sign on mirror to ask guests to wipe down sink area after use as some guests would leave a mess. Toilet didn't have a seat cover.
