I strongly NOT recommend this hotel and below is the story how they took me 735 euros: I stated in my booking that I am staying with my wife and my 5 years old kid, they sent me a link to pay in advance (735 euros for 4 nights), I arrive there, I found 2 joined beds, I asked for an extra bed, they said it is not available, I told them at least give me a mattress, they said not available, I asked to upgrade to bigger room and I was willing to pay caus we were tired from the travel, they said not available again, they said keep your child with you in the bed and tomorrow we will see!!!! I wanted to cancel the booking they said it is not refundable! We went out and searched for another hotel, I lost 735 euros or to say it clearly they robbed me 735 euros!

AVOID!!!! Appallingly rude staff. They informed us on check in the pool was not even open, dispite it being advertised as having a pool. Took 3 days to reply to any messages I sent, responses are rude and aggressive. I feel like I am somehow now being victimised by them in an ongoing air BbB dispute. Very upsetting. Beds slide all over the floor. No hand soap at all in the bathroom!! With Covid especially this is terribly unsafe . I have reported them. Worse stay ever and horrendously over priced.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. There was a bit of room exchange as the room we were initially booked in smelled like somebody smoked inside the room . We immediately notified the front desk and we were placed in a different room right away. Rooms were clean and front desk Hector I believe was very accommodating. Fellow traveller, please DO NOT smoke in the room!

The bathroom is a porcelain pleasure palace with a real bathtub with abundant hot water and a bidet. Built for the '92 Olympics, the fixtures are dated but well maintained and comfortable. Service is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better for conferences at the Fira de Montjuïc.

Great location right by the metro and so easy to get to from airport. Some amazing views and sights right on your doorstep. The staff are so friendly and helpful booking us tickets or printing them off for us. Great little rooftop pool if you have any downtime and want to cool off and catch some sun. There are loungers and fresh towels up there. Beginning of November and was still pleasant but probably a bit fresh in the pool for some. Only downside is no tea or coffee in room and no breakfast. There is a machine in the lobby or right next to the hotel several lovely places to get breakfast. There is also a Starbucks and a huge mall that has everything including a big supermarket..so it isn't a major problem.

Hotel is very central and walking distance to the Sants train station. Hector gave me impeccable service when I arrived, best front desk service at a hotel I’ve ever had from Hector, if you are lucky enough to get him while arriving you will be lucky!

I don't want to talk more, I'd rather spend more money and live near the Arc de Triomphe

One star is already too many. Paid for air-conditioned room, turns out on arrival that it doesn't work. Unfortunately this was not mentioned at check-in. This made the room very hot and stuffy which was not pleasant. Very noisy hotel. You hear everything from other guests. From crying children to creaky beds.We left here and looked for another hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the situation in main Espanya is very great. Around mall and restaurant and metro very near. The reception staff is very kind. You have a pool in hotel. The bed was big for our family. I think the room prices are a bit expensive. The room was nice. Just some things : dusting was not done on floor, water come on floor in bathroom, the protection glass does not protect well and the shower pipe length is very small. Otherwise our stay was nice. I recommend this hotel.

The air condition in my room didn’t work. It was a loud machine without being effective at all. My room temperature was even warmer than outside, 26 degrees Celsius and outside 24. Old room. The only things that saved was an ok bed and the shower.

The hotel is conveniently located near Plaza Espagna, where the airport bus stops The room was a bit dated but otherwise OK. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the space where it was served rather dark

You can hear everything in the other room. And wall and door quality are so bad..I thought someone tried to break the door, even it was just open an close…

The best thing about the place is the location. The rest is mediocre at best but then it’s a three star so adjust your expectations accordingly. If you can get it for a cheap price it’s ok. The pictures they post don’t seem to fully represent the current state of the place.

Nice hotel with reasonable prices. The rooms where comfortable and clean. The location is good, close to metro stations and some restaurants, not far away by metro from everywhere.

Impossible not comment…I had been in a roadtrip in Spain and it was so far the worst hotel I ever had. Overall review I gave 2 because the rooms probably never saw a reno. The unique positive is the bed that is comfortable. All the rest in the room is old and in my opinion location cannot justify the price. Reception and elevators are the only thing that saw a reno..imagine that you ran out of money for what is important..the rooms, the hall on each floor and measures against the noise. 2 nights there and seems the room above was constantly moving furniture; also on 2nd night some kind of alarm was activated. Parking is not included in the room price, is is 19eur/night extra and driving inside is a challenge. Location is the unique thing I positively highlight near metro station or 30min walking from Ramblas and plaza Catalunya.

Great hotel with lovely and helpful staff, who speak English very well. Easily accessible from the El Prat Airport via train and metro. The rooms are neat and spacious, but the air conditioning was not working the best, it was quite hot in there even though the aircon was set at the lowest setting. The rooftop has a smoking area as well as a pool, with tanning beds and tables around the place.

Very good price and location: 2 minutes walking to the metro station, around 15 minutes to plaza Catalunya and close to the shopping center Arena. All the rooms are twin rooms with a small balcony. I recommend it if you are looking for something cheap, comfortable, central and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very good location, close to metro and main attraction. The reception area is welcoming and nice, all staff kind and polite. The room I was in was spacious as well as the bathroom. The bed was larger than a standard single. Overall nice hotel but the room had a view on a wall and the decor could do with a more modern touch. Continental breakfast could be better but it was satisfactory.

Decent but not amazing hotel - priced accordingly. Well positioned to go and see the sites. Stayed on the 5th floor and the wifi was useless.

Spacious and cozy rooms, good staff and best location to go anywhere in the city. All tourist places are connected.

The location is perfect, close to restaurants and the metro. The swimming pool is nice but very small with only 2/3 people able to fit at a time. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was fantastic with lovely running water offering hot and cold water all day. The only concern I have with the room was the walls were paper thin so you have noise practically all the time. The staff at reception were very friendly and spoke perfect English. Special mention to the lady at reception - I think her name was Martha - who helped me with printing some documentation I needed for flying home. All in all a good experience.

Easy to get metro & bus. If you are early, you can wait in the shopping centre just opposite. The hotel staff were happy to accept & store the luggage until the check in.

Stay out of this place! One evening at 7:30 returned to hotel to find front and garage access door locked. No staff at the front. Rung a door bell and the lady came who said she is not working there but obviously knew the front desk well. She called someone and the reception guy came after 15-20min saying he was on 3rd floor checking something. While 10 guests where waiting outside for the door to open. Be aware this could be the person who’s going thru your belongings. Very rude and unprofessional staff so I would definitely never stay here again!

Rooms are nice but service is very poor. On our second day we get locked out of our own rooms, card reader batteries are dead. Takes 30 mins to just help us out. Third day the staff member locked everyone out did not leave a note on the door, nothing, 4 families locked outside waiting for over half an hour IN THE HEAT and 1 person stuck inside, meanwhile one stuff member out of duty was inside at the reception mocking us and refusing to speak English even though she spoke English the day before. When the other staff member came back he unlocked the door and did not bother to open it for us. Did not bother to give us a reason or apologise. When asked what the reason was he said he had to go check a room and for security reasons he had to lock the front door. Not even the garage door worked for us to get in! He did not put a note on the door or provide a number to call. He said the hotel is operated by only one staff member at a time and refused to provide the managers name or number or email to contact. By far the worst Hotel Service! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
