Rooms
are
nice
but
service
is
very
poor.
On
our
second
day
we
get
locked
out
of
our
own
rooms,
card
reader
batteries
are
dead.
Takes
30
mins
to
just
help
us
out.
Third
day
the
staff
member
locked
everyone
out
did
not
leave
a
note
on
the
door,
nothing,
4
families
locked
outside
waiting
for
over
half
an
hour
IN
THE
HEAT
and
1
person
stuck
inside,
meanwhile
one
stuff
member
out
of
duty
was
inside
at
the
reception
mocking
us
and
refusing
to
speak
English
even
though
she
spoke
English
the
day
before.
When
the
other
staff
member
came
back
he
unlocked
the
door
and
did
not
bother
to
open
it
for
us.
Did
not
bother
to
give
us
a
reason
or
apologise.
When
asked
what
the
reason
was
he
said
he
had
to
go
check
a
room
and
for
security
reasons
he
had
to
lock
the
front
door.
Not
even
the
garage
door
worked
for
us
to
get
in!
He
did
not
put
a
note
on
the
door
or
provide
a
number
to
call.
He
said
the
hotel
is
operated
by
only
one
staff
member
at
a
time
and
refused
to
provide
the
managers
name
or
number
or
email
to
contact.
By
far
the
worst
Hotel
Service!
DO
NOT
RECOMMEND!!!!
