If you like this review give it a 👍 Location: halfway La Rambla in a side street (5 minutes walk). It's a one way street with a lot of traffic. Hotel: small hotel with one star. The entrance (inside) looks worn out and could use a very comprehensive rehab. The elevator doors where very dirty and had hardly any paint on them. Room: of good size, simple furniture and a small bed (160x190). There was a funny smell in the room. Reminded me of old, dusty curtains. Not very pleasant. Bathroom: very small, only one person fits (hardly) in. Condition was reasonable. The biggest downside: the room is very noisy. You can hear people talking on the street, you hear (from inside the hotel) every door slamming, every neighbors sounds and so on. Having all this in mind the price of €160 a night, breakfast excluded, is way to high.

We were quite skeptical at first because we got the bedroom facing the back. But after some nights we were surprised with a very big delight! To our surprise there were some really hot people living across of the room that maybe if your lucky sometimes wave at you, with a big smile. Definitely would recommend to choose a room in the back to make your stay more interesting! /really kind staff !!

I didn’t reserve a room here, but i wanted to share my experience with everyone: I’ve been to Barcelona for 3 days and in the first one it rained A LOT and I immediately felt very scared and overwhelmed by the city itself… in fact, it caused me a terrible panic attack, precisely near this beautiful Hotel. Few minutes later, a guy inside this hotel (who was one of the hotel’s workers) was very worried about my situation and let me and my boyfriend stay inside of it, without asking us anything in return. He also tried to find some taxis for us. I don’t know his name, but he was very calm, nice and polite. He was very very generous and selfless and I’ll never forget that. Thank u, man. You made my day. So, guys, if you want an hotel near the centre of Barcelona with kind and available workers, this is just for you!!!

Great location, although rather noisy street. Rooms pretty small for 3 persons, but clean and decent. Good value for money.

Nice hotel, even with the official rating. Although our bathrooms was really small, it was really clean, the room aswell. The location was also very good. It's close to many shops and restaurants, some which are open 'til lateee. The hotel was also silent even with it's placement.

This is a great hotel, especially for solo travellers or short stays!! Very affordable but still very good! The service is great and staff are all very lovely. Breakfast for €5 euro came with tea, orange juice, a croissant and a sandwich so basically included lunch too. Location is good, so close to the city centre and the beach.

As a passionate traveller which is travelling mostly on a budget, this place was a square deal. The best thing about this accommodation is its location. Shuffle bus from the airport takes you approximately 150m walking distance away from this place. Receptionists were kind, polite and always welcoming. During the night time there wasn't a single time we needed to wait more than 5 to 10 seconds for them to open. In our opinion the room service was a little too "motivated", but still excellent.

Very affordable place for stay in great location, just next to La Rambla. I was positively surprised how nice the room was, cause it wasn't expensive. Tasty breakfast. The only problem is that it was quite loud around the hotel at nights, but I guess that is unavoidable in lively areas like that.

Rooms were nice and clean, not very spacious, but it did not matter to us because we just slept there. The personel were nuce, helpful. The locstion of the hotel is perfect if you want to see all important places and sights. I really recomend it. Some people wrote that the walls are thin, that is true, but it was not bad. Maybe we were lucky, but our neighbours were ok.

Charming little hotel in an excellent location. Staff was extremely helpful. We had a delicious breakfast included in the bakery next door. Rooms are small but modern and very clean. Bathroom has a bath which was nice. The hotel has free wifi. The reception is 24hours, and they booked a taxi for us when we requested. Would definately stay here again!

You are paying for the good location when you book Hotel Aneto. Close to shops, bars, and restaurants, you are right in the action. The rooms are low quality. Holes in the door and dreary looking with no view. Its not the Hilton, but it will do for a few nights.

Noisy and dark room (#116). No room view except for some sewege pipes. The bathroom was extremely small. All hotels doors are noisy. Hard to rest. Other than that the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice.

It's ok for a short stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. The decor is very dated and the air con unit needed cleaning because it smelt like vinegar. The only real down point was the noise! The window opened into a void between the buildings which is part residential. There was a party until late which was loud but we brought ear plugs.

I was supposed to stay in the Hotel Aneto but I couldn´t arrive because of Covid. Horrible costumer service, I tried to talk to them but I never got my money back. It was force majeure so according to law I would have the right to get a refund. I will never book there again.

Not recommended! Noisiest hotel ever. You can hear everyone around your room. Room itself extra small. Some rooms with view to black yard with pipelines (#109) and dark. Only one advantage of hotel is central location.

Very easy to check in, the room service (daily renewal of towels and bed sheets) was good, the staff is friendly and the location is just priceless!!! Just next to it a supermarket and connections to train, airport and more. Very recommendable to anybody who is just looking for a place to stay with maximum opportunities outside of the hotel!!

Stayed here for one night before travelling on. Clean, simple and central. Not for much longer stays, but pleasant enough

Its okay. It was clean, all receptionist were friendly. Bathroom was too small toilets seat was awkwardly positioned. Location is great. Close enough to rambla
