The staff were excellent and so friendly towards us. The rooms were super clean and the bathroom facilities were also kept super clean. For the time we spent there we was never in earlier than 5am and it really wasnt a problem. Location is excellent and close to everything you want to see. All hotels have rules, if you stick by them, it will be a pleasant stay. I will definitely go back to stay here when I return to Barcelona, thank you guys for the hospitality

At the price they offer, the place is really good. The staff is very friendly and the bathrooms are super clean, just as the rooms. You can also use the kitchen if you need a tea or to use the refrigerator. The only downside was the fact that you could hear pretty much everything others talked in the other rooms, at leadt the smaller ones, so bring earplugs.

Good - Rooms/bathrooms were clean and functional. Location was great. One of the staff was quite friendly! Bad - There is an uncomfortable intensity around the rules.The staff generally seemed not to care about customer service, but rather that we were following their rules to the letter. They were also posted everywhere, with fees for breaking them.

You get value for money as the rooms are clean and centrally located. Downside-Rooms size quite small, literally, No AC or Fan and bathrooms are shared. Suggestion- shell a little more and get a bigger room if u can manage with shared bathroom. Happy Barcelona!

This is a great place to stay in Barcelona given that it's cheap and close to the old quarter. The place is clean and the personnel is very nice, however, the walls are very thin and every door and every dropped object can be heard from the other end of the floor, which makes it difficult to rest. Also, there was a faint, weird smell in the room I stayed in, probably from the wall paint.

Each towel costed 2 euro. Sheets costed 10 euro. The bathrooms were always occupied. Nobody speaks English well. The room was very narrow and we didn't expect bunk beds. There was no wardrobe. Dirty door handles. The only good thing was the good position.

Very clean. Nice hosts but none of them speaks english (not a single word). During online reservation it says that city tax is included, but it's not. When you check in, you have to pay it. Good location.

Absolutely horrible. There were no guests allowed, the rooms were hot and stuffy. They limited your shower time to 10 minutes, and the staff were unfriendly. I would never ever return there again. If you are young this place will make you feel like you're living in a retirement home with lots of controls in place.

Started off very well but guy on duty (with glasses) was a complete nightmare to deal with. Stood and watched me come out of the shower like a complete pervert... by the way my shower lasted less than 5 mins. Cleaned and banged about from 6am or earlier with no respect for those still in bed. Rude and accused us if trying to hide something in the room... still puzzled by what we were hiding as I asked him in Spanish and there was no answer. Deliberately switched off Wi-Fi at 10am as we were leaving so that we could no use it at all. We had stayed 5 nights with no problems apart from this idiot. He needs to take a course in customer service or get another job. Spoilt my opinion of the hotel completely as the Ecuador who first showed us around could not have been nicer. Would not go back as got fed up of being perved on in the morning and the million signs posted around the place telling us what to do.
