This
August
my
two
friends
and
I
decided
to
spend
our
5
days
of
holiday
in
Barcelona
at
Hola
hostal
eixample.
I
must
say
that
our
stay
was
rather
pleasant
and
we
don't
have
much
to
complain
about.
First
of
all
the
hostel
is
situated
in
a
very
nice
neighborhood,
close
to
a
lot
of
the
main
attractions
of
the
city,
which
are
easy
to
reach
both
by
walking
and
with
public
transportation.
There
are
also
a
lot
of
supermarkets
and
restaurants
close
to
the
hostel,
which
comes
in
handy.
About
the
inside,
the
common
areas
are
quite
big
and
spacious,
the
kitchen
and
the
bathrooms
are
rather
clean.
The
staff
actually
keeps
the
place
really
clean
and
tidy,
cleaning
both
the
kitchen
and
the
bathrooms
multiple
times
a
week
(or
at
least
we
think,
since
we
saw
them
clean
more
than
once
during
our
stay).
But
you
have
to
remember
that
it's
still
an
hostel
and
all
the
common
areas
are
shared
with
other
people,
and
you
never
know
who
you
might
end
up
living
with!
Talking
about
the
staff,
the
people
working
here
are
all
quite
young,
super
kind,
helpful
and
friendly!
We
had
the
chance
to
spend
some
time
with
a
couple
of
them
and
we
really
had
a
fun
time!
They'll
give
you
a
hand
if
you
need
help
with
something
and
they
organise
a
lot
of
fun
activities
during
the
weekend.
The
dormitories
are
well
kept
and
they
don't
fell
crowded
at
all
(and
we
shared
a
dormitory
with
other
13
girls!).
Point
in
favour:
every
bed
has
its
own
curtain
that
you
can
close
to
have
some
privacy!
Really
useful
if
you
want
some
time
and
space
for
yourself.
The
general
atmosphere
of
the
place
is
chill
and
fun,
it's
really
easy
to
meet
other
young
travellers
and
make
some
new
friends!
We
really,
definitely,
recommend
this
hostel
for
your
days
in
Barcelona!
