Very bad and expensive food. Bad service. The building needs improvements. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Music very loud at the pool and you can hear it at your room.

Ok place to stay overnight, tv signal very poor on top floors, also there is no wifi connection on the rooms

AT CHECK-IN THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, ONCE I GOT UP TO MY ROOM I WAS SHOCKED. THERE WAS NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO, THE ROOM WAS NOT 100% CLEAN ( AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES), THE FRIGID WAS DIRTY, PILLOW HAD STAINS ON IT, FLOOR HAD NOT BEEN SWEPT AND TV NOT CLEAR

The only bathroom I've encountered in Venezuela that has toilet paper, soap and running water. Some have 2/3, many have 1/3 but this is the first one to hit the trifecta. The restaurant is not great, but given the situation, it's more than you can expect. The hotel rooms themselves are just fine, they have everything you would expect from a hotel which is a lot to expect from venezuela. All in all, if you need a hotel in Puerto la Cruz, this is the best one

Great pool, normal room but like another member said, dont even bother to eat in the restaurant they have, the prices are over the roof and the quality_service is poor

Too noisy for my taste. No towels, never arrived. Musty odor in room

Restaurant needs an upgrade. Pool is great, Mariner is beautiful. Rooms are 3 star.
