Congratulations on the change of location, more width and gives a greater feeling of spaciousness. The second-hand video game sections are more comfortable and make you want to spend more time browsing video games from different consoles. The mobile section is also very interesting. The Harry Potter mercha is a pleasure. Very good store for video game lovers, practically a must visit from time to time.

I have bought online to pick up in the store and when I get to the store they tell me that I have to wait in line of 20 people, just pick it up. The other day there was another guy who was asking the queue if there were online orders to speed things up. I understand that it is more for the person than for company policy. I left because I was in a hurry and I'll be back. I think it is something to improve, especially at Christmas time.

Liars A year ago I bought a Nintendo Switch and they offered me a 3-year warranty against theft, breakage or any other damage as long as it was not caused by liquid. Question: When I have been using it for 1 year, the console that is used to watch it on TV breaks, so I call and they tell me that they will not take care of it because it is already more than a year old. Wow, lucky scammers that I can call customer service, I say call BECAUSE THEY ATTEND YOU THAT IS ANOTHER THING. But this doesn't stay like that next week I'll take my machine and park it to kill you yes or yes Panda of unpresentables

A 10/10 store. We met them because we had to buy consoles and games for our son and the truth is that everything was great. The staff provides excellent service, both in terms of friendliness and knowledge, and they provide the member with all possible facilities... A 10

The staff is very friendly and attentive, whatever you are looking for you will always find it in Game, the store is clean and very well maintained. The only con I would say is that their prices are always higher than in other places and with differences of 10 euros that are not It is a small thing, apart from that very good store and service.

Even though it's an small shop, you can find very specific games for your children during the most crowded Xtmas campaigns. They take note and in a week approx (from saturday to saturday) you can go back and there it is.

The selection of second-hand games is really big and a bit cheaper then first-hand games plus you get everything except for the manual which is really nice! (I bought a second-hand switch game)
