AVIOD!!!! I had a terrible experience with this hotel and would advise other customers to stay away!!! The gentleman on the desk was extremely rude to myself and my friends - speaking down to us and was extremely unhelpful. I needed to rearrange my accommodation and the gentleman said he would offer me a full refund if I was to cancel that day. The minute I left the hotel I was billed for the room (without permission) and then I was refused to give me any compensation. So I am very disappointed as I have been lied too and the way I was treated with was disgusting. I cannot believe this establishment thinks this is an acceptable way to run a business.

The worst thing about this place was the smell. It's like a giant sewer. The bathroom smelled better than the room or hallways or main office did. Very gross, I couldn't get used to it at all. Once I left, all of my luggage and clothing smells like sewer from my room. Besides that, having one key for 4 women in one room was a nightmare since there's no one there to let you in if you're locked out and there's 3 doors to unlock. The wifi was nonexistent. Cockroach found in the bathroom. Really the only good things about it was plenty of soap for the shower, good shower pressure, big bathroom and good location. Water was also in the mini fridge, and having a mini fridge was nice. Also, the office is on the 1st floor, not the main floor. Don't be confused like we were.

There was a strong smell o sewage in the building and our room. We could not sleep because of it. We made a complaint to the management, but their solution was to kick us out, despite we paid for a full stay. Case is still ongoing with customer service…Owner went through our belongings and put them outside of the room, while we were out in the city! Horrible experience! Do not recommend!

Absolutely lovely. Clean minimal interior. Friendly staff. Close proximity to a lot of historic landmarks.

Prime Location & Easy access to metro Decent Rooms & Staff No facilities like clothes iron, breakfast, toiletries etc.

Centrally located hostel/hotel, staff were very effective, friendly and very well organised,room was quite large and spotlessly clean, highly recommended in the heart of Barcelona.

Excellent location really close to Plaza de Catalunya, good service, fairly priced, slightly outdated room. The kettle was disgusting, it should be cleaned with vinegar regularly to remove the chalk inside it.

Very helpful and friendly staff, super clean and modern rooms, and a great location close to tapas bars, restaurants and shopping. Located about a 5 minute walk from Placa Catalunya, where the Aerobus stop is from the airport.

Very good hostal to stay in Barcelone for short time. But the smell in hostal was sometimes very strange and also last day we did not have electricity.

Good location near pl.Catalunia. Very nice and helping staff. A lot of restaurants around the hostel. The room is smaller than expected, but clean and comfort. We enjoyed our staying in this hostel.

This was a great hostal which did everything one should do and I would absolutely go again.

Excellent location but the room had paper thin walls. Alot of noise from neighbors during the night and from the cleaning staff in the morning. Smelled like cleaning chemicals the entire time.

Excellent location near to pl Catalunya. Clean and comfort bed. Friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our staying in this beautiful hostel in Barcelona.
