The entire team at Bacardi Apartments is professional, attentive of details and a pleasure to rent from. It's not easy to find property managers who A) are truthful and operate with integrity B) communicate and make themselves available to help and C) can be relied upon to do the right thing should issues arise. We got 'stuck' here just before COVID-19 lockdowns took place in March. Although we could move elsewhere since June, we've opted to remain here until we see some clarity with COVID-19 because the management and staff have treated us fairly and take every precaution to clean and make sure the apartments and building are well maintained. In my experience, it's been very rare to experience this level of detail and customer service from property managers anywhere in the world, let alone in a country that is known for lacking in customer service. It's only fair to leave them a review so they are recognized for their efforts and to help other travelers make better informed decisions where to stay and who you can trust.

Amazing place to visit, a huge bar/restaurants offer. On the other hand, quite expensive.

Lovely area, definitely worth strolling down to see what you may find. Can be very busy & is a hot spot for pick pockets, so just keep an eye on your personal belongings.

Excellent apartment in prime location at an affordable price. We would deffo stay again and recommend to anyone looking for central location. Apartment is very nice, with plenty of storage and everything you would need should you want to prepare a meal. Check in was easy, they even have a shower for you should you want one once you have checked out . Staff are lovely. We were delayed in getting into apartment due to replacing Air con unit, no big deal, we just went for walk to shops for an hour. The only small negative was outside noise early mornings coming from streets, however its central Barcelona and its got to be expected.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Las Ramblas Pasaje Bacardi Apartments at Las Ramblas 36. This flat is in the heart of Barcelona on the famed Las Ramblas. Therefore, it's very convenient by foot or metro to any of the main attractions. Our family of 4 had plenty of space at a 3-bedroom flat and were delighted to have 2 separate bathrooms with shower. The place is clean and renovated but has a touch of old world charm with exposed wood beams in the ceiling. The kitchen was stocked with paper towels, dish soap, pots and dishes. That was handy because we ended up cooking dinner one night since restaurants were closed for dinner due to the lockdown. The only minor issue is that the building has a 1-person elevator. It wasn't a problem for us to make it up to 4 floors but it might be a problem for other families.

apartment was great and spacious in ideal location, lost stars due to the apartment not being ready with obvious things for visitors such as topped up shower gel, shampoos, there were not enough towels at the apartment for 6 people (there was only 2 towels in the apartment upon our check-in). Once requested these items it was not explained to us that we had to go to reception to get it, instead an hour later and request number 2 we rocked up to reception to find out why the rectification is taking too long only to get attitude problem from a young lady that is too busy talking to her family in front of her. for the money you pay you expect basics to be accounted for at each clean and the staff to be glad to help you seen as though they are the ones who messed up...no?

Apartments were fine, nice beds and pillows. The customer service from one employee was not good when we checked in, but the other employees were kind. Update: Make sure to get your security deposit back I had to call and ask them about it. I was not happy about that.

Its was just like how you see a street in a big city lots of shops, people, hobos ect and I liked it because I had never been to this kind of city before

Good place to spend time and eat

We looked for a place that could accommodate us - 8 adults and 4 children and that is centric enough. This place satisfies our needs. The apartment is fully equipped with everything a family needs, it is very centric (has 2 metro stations nearby - it's between Liceu and Drassanes, super close to everything), supermarket is right at the building, the apartment is spacious, and the staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Also air conditioning was great, which was super important as for August 2023 in Barcelona. However there were several downsides - The apartment (as well as the building) is old - toilet and several floor tiles were broken. Elevator could barely fit a single person (not to mention luggage). The beds weren't very comfortable. This review considers the apartment at La Ramble 36, where we stayed (there are several others).

The are around Las Ramblas was amazing. There were multiple open air markets nearby and a large amount of places to eat. Be careful about pickpockets though and always keep your wallet/purse close or in front of you. Multiple people get pickpocketed/robbed daily if they have a slight lapse in judgement for where they hold their belongings. Room and service can not vouch too much about though only area around.

You could smell that someone had smoked in the apparent we stayed at a while ago. I liked the free Wi-Fi, it was really fast for hotel Wi-Fi. The bed was fine and I had no problem with it. But the room cleaning price is not included in the room fee. The location was grate and you probably can't find anything better around it. Spence it it not a hotel and doesn't have full onership to the building, there are meant necessary keys. There is a key for the elevator, the room, the gate to the block, and a code into the building. The bathroom can really be upgraded. It looks like one of the public bathrooms in a fancy building (a castle). The best thing is that it has parking witch is really hard to find in the city center. In all the bathroom can be upgraded and they can maybe bring in more services (room cleaning). The rooms are designed for a stay over one week. It's a great room that is worth Considering.
