When we got here slightly worried as seemed not to represent a hotel , yet when we got inside totally the oposite, the room was lovely and clean, bed very comfortable, shower room very big and incredibly hot. Staff so helpful and nice. Close to the famous rambles as advertised lovely balcony outside the room. Could not recommended this hotel enough. Lovely lovely lovely

This hotel is in the heart of Barcelona Walking distance from metro station,main square and shopping street. There are 8 rooms in the hotel. The room is small but super cute you have shower,toilet tv,air conditioner and an amazing small balcony with chair. I absolutely recommend this stay, it makes you feel like you are a guest at a relative’s house. Breakfast is good as well. While staying be sure you check out the beautiful sharing balcony and yard. *tip if you are doing a late check in after 9pm be sure to check with them before arriving they will arrange a remote check in, and if you like a person to help you with check in an extra 40 euros would be included. Enjoy

Due to an event being cancelled because of COVID (and not being allowed to fly due to country restrictions) I've asked the owners if they could move the dates I booked (because this hotel is non refundable). They did, once. And then the event got fully cancelled. Then I contacted them multiple times, explaning that it's a huge amount of money for me, and friendly asking them if I could please move the dates to 2022 - when the event will actually take place after being cancelled for 2021. Never got any response. Tried again; no response. Now I missed my stay, they have my cash (500+ euros) for an empty spot. It's rude and very irritating. I know it's been a tough 1,5 years for (small) business owners, but I am a small business owner myself.

Nice guesthouse and very nice and helpful staff. There are 8 rooms and breakfast each morning. Free to take coffee, tea, fruit and the like throughout the day. Our room had a balcony overlooking a busy street, noisy to sit there. Centrally located, close to many attractions and we were able to walk on foot during our visit to Barcelona

I feel the need to iterate that this low score is a reflection of the room only and not the fantastic staff at the hotel. Had there not been a very strong smell of damp in our room, the score would have been a lot higher. There wasn't really adequate natural light, adequate ventilation or even somewhere to hang out wet towels after use. The bed slanted down and to the right and the remote control for the TV had a mind of its own. I also killed an enormous cockroach that was crawling down the front door, which thankfully my girlfriend didn't see! But the staff, and the breakfast, and the service was top notch.

Great hotel. Location is just fantastic - we walked to all main attractions and had many restaurant options around us. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Staff is also great!

Sweet little hotel in the center of Barcelona. It's a sort of alternative place as opposed to going to a huge hotel. A bit of street noise, but nothing terrible. Breakfast was a nice surprise, homey atmosphere and everything was covered, you could even make your own pancakes! Nice outdoor terrace to take advantage of in warmer weather. For a laid back public, looking for a local flavor and a reasonable price I would definitely recommend it!

Very cozy small hotel. I loved my stay, my room was very small and the window faces the inside walls, so not that nice, but I assume the other rooms are much better. The breakfast was great, good variety and a lot. Also nice staff. Recommended place for the price!

Die Concept is very good - a small hotel, close to Barcelona's center, with only with a few rooms and very warm atmosphere. Our room was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had nothing to complain. We would definetly recommend every one to spend a few nights in CIEN Hotel in Barcelona.
