I discovered this place by accident by walking right after Plaza Colón. If you are a Tourist you definitely should visit this place. Usually only people discover it by using the lift that you can take from the port in Barcelona but you can also go by foot and it's not far nor complicated at all! The way up is pretty much only stairs. When you arrive there is also a rooftop restaurant that is not expensive, the menu is exhibited outside. Unfortunately it was closed the day I visited but I would try to visit it next time.
