We booked this for my sisters 30th. We also had a surprise bottle of tequila ordered. They came over 3 times to ask about the tequila - which was then no longer a surprise. The food was awful and extremely over priced. The crispy goats cheese salad was batter with a small amount of goats cheese on leaves. The SALT bravas were potatoes and a dollop of sauce. The selection of breads was 4 slices of the same bread. The prawn croquettes were sloppy. The cookie was over baked, rock hard and grainy. For the amount of money charged there should be some attention to detail and at least an attempt at creating a good experience.

Food just does not justify the price and awesome setting. The W hotel vibe is cool, eclectic, young but it was let down by this place. We ordered fish tacos (average), nachos (stale!! Short on salsa and flavour), milkshake (€9 euros for vanilla flavoured milk with a small brownie from Sainsbury’s chucked in on top). Large homemade cookie with a dollop of ice cream seemed promising but yet again it just didn’t hit the mark. Customer service was not great either (slow and needed to be constantly reminded of our order) but they were a polite bunch. Avoid if you can. Disappointed I didn’t read the reviews before hand. The W hotel though is awesome. Will deffo look to book a stay here if I get back to Barca.

After finding it a tough choice due to a few restaurants next to each other this turned out to be a superb decision. Oddly enough the chicken salad was the star, tasty, light and nicely covered with parmesan. The pizza and salmon pasta were also top quality. Fantastic service, excellent location and very well priced.

After a rocky start (our table not being ready despite booking a month in advance). The food was actually really good, but I felt it was over priced for what it was. The manager was very attentive and courteous and the service did pick up somewhat, although we did see some unhappy faces with others seated in inappropriate areas for eating and no salt and pepper on the tables. Some wines and food were not available from the menu, which we only found out when trying to order. The staff and service needs to be revised especially given it's location and surrounding competition. Not a place I'd rush back to, to be perfectly honest! Then we had three great dishes. We started with the pan con tomate which comes deconstructed so you get to build it yourself, kinda cool. Next we had the calamari in romesco sauce, the serving was huge and the calimaris were perfectly cooked and delicious in just a light batter. We also enjoyed the omelette traditional. We've had a lot of these and this one was delicious! I read some reviews about small portion sizes, our servings were very generous and everything tasted great. Go!

I need to look up the architect of that. He’s doing his thang. Sitting here, you are right on the beach protect from the sun rays with beautiful white umbrellas as the W looks down over you, with an option to sit in these lounge chairs where your feet are in the sand. Luxury. Definitely more expensive than most other spots around, but I was willing to pay extra for the vibes. 4 stars because the price and the spritz was kinda mid tbh.

Lovely location at the W Hotel and next to the beach. Food quality variable form great to average. Service generally good but felt to me that residents of the Hotel were being given special treatment which we didn't enjoy. Sorry but I don't like that - I am paying the same money as everyone else. With so many good restaurants in Barcelona this isn't one I would hurry back to.

BEST DINNER in Barcelona! Stumbled upon this place after a swim in the sea. What a find! Delicious take on seafood paella with a twist. Exceptional service from Achraf who made us feel very welcome and was extremely attentive. Roberto was also fantastic and looked after us wonderfully. We will be back! Thank you!
