This
is
the
best
meal
I
have
ever
enjoyed
in
Spain.
We
reserved
here
due
to
the
positive
reviews.
We
went
for
the
dinner
menu
for
two
which
included
three
appetizers
and
two
main
courses
as
well
as
dessert.
We
went
for
the
burrata
with
greens
first,
which
was
creamy
and
satisfying.
We
then
went
for
the
beef
tartar
which
was
fresh
and
nicely
seasoned.
We
then
went
for
the
scrambled
eggs
with
foie,
which
were
creamy
and
intense,
with
a
lot
of
umami
flavor.
For
mains
we
chose
the
black
sea
bass
and
the
aged
rib
eye.
The
sea
bass
was
fatty
and
flavorful.
The
rib
eye
was
well
aged
with
a
complex
flavor
and
good
texture,
it
was
also
served
pretty
rare,
which
benefits
this
sort
of
aged
steak.
For
dessert
we
went
for
the
sorbet
and
chocolate
obsession,
the
sorbet
was
refreshing
but
I
didn’t
taste
the
chocolate
obsession
since
I
felt
I
was
about
to
explode
after
this
meal.
The
menu
costs
35
euros
per
person,
plus
12
for
the
aged
steak
upgrade.
The
bottle
of
pago
de
carraovejas
we
enjoyed
was
39
euros,
which
is
almost
store
pricing,
so
its
really
nice
they
don’t
overcharge
for
the
wine,
that
way
you
can
go
for
a
nicer
bottle
and
enjoy
your
meal.
The
service
was
attentive
and
genuine
and
the
chef
was
gracious
and
truly
cares
about
his
customers.
There
is
no
doubt
we
will
return
if
we
are
in
town.
