Foods were as usually good, tasted good and nicely presented. I was a little disappointed with the staff, the younger one that were not very friendly and unclear of what the menus offered, yet shown sour face at us when asked. The senior staff continue to be friendly and know their stuff well.

An hidden gem. Service very warm and attentive. Food super tasty with fab dish design. Just pay a visit.

Great food and great service. I had paella negra and it was really good and tasty. Get an oysters, they are fresh and tasty. I also had a tartar tuna as a starter and it was tasty as well. The waiter explained and sorted everything onto the plates even the paella which came on a big pan.

The atmosphere it was not the same as years ago ..I know the Amar Restaurant for many time , I feel like there’s something is missing !

Great seafood and dish selection. Spent a wonderful afternoon here and our group really enjoyed the food and wine which all came at a surprisingly good price as well! The charmingly grumpy old waiters served us well and were very attentive. Make a reservation before you go!

Best seafood in Castelldefels.Everything was awesome .The waiter spoke english and suggest me a very tasteful wine.Black paella is the best paella i have ever tried but tuna tartar was from another planet.

Had our most expensive dream dinner at this place. The staff were cooperative, trying to communicate with us as we couldn't speak Spanish and they weren't able to speak English. We should say they did their best trying to put some words together to talk to us. Except for a crazy expensive bill, it was an amazing place to be there. P.S I received a mean reply to my review if I would know any language other than my mother tongue if I'm traveling in a different country. Whereas, I clearly admitted that we couldn't speak Spanish and it wasn't an insult to me but perhaps saying that they couldn't help us a lot in English was...

Excellent food, service, ambiance, and overall experience. One of my favorite restaurants.

Raving review of my lifetime. This food was actually the best meal I've eaten in 20 years. Before I bought anything, we had apps and cava (might be normal here in Spain, but it made all the difference). The waiters were genuine gentlemen who felt like family bringing your meal as a child at nonas house. If you are in Castledefels, do yourself a favour and go here.... I regret not going twice! Ps the slab of meat in the pic was there for when you waited for a table.... Are you kidding me?

The Amar is perfect for couples and small groups. The ambience is as nice as the food tastes and the servers give their all to make you enjoy your evening without being pretentious at all. Fantastic value for money and definitely my place to go to whenever I’m in town.

Very good restaurant, well situated, not expensive. The staff is very nice. They only have one (seafood) paella, but it's extremely well cooked. Also, you can find many other options including meat and fresh fish from the market.

Great food. Good service. Very good price quality. We had tallarines, paella and a steak. All of it was good. If you like paella I can really recommend it.

Best restaurant I have been in a long time including better than Michelin starred ones. The food is excellent and the staff are wonderful. The owner treats each customer as special and still looks over everything as his child. Couldn’t recommend more!
