Há 1 ano que tento informar-me sobre os preços de uma rinoplastia e que peço para me enviarem fotos de exemplos de rinoplastias em narizes como o meu (visto que no site só há 1 exemplo), meses depois do primeiro contacto enviaram-me por mail outro exemplo que não tem nada a ver com o meu e deram-me o preço mínimo e máximo de uma rinoplastia. Disseram-me que teria que marcar consulta com o cirurgião para ter mais informações, marquei consulta com o cirurgião por videochamada (estou em França). Durante a consulta o cirurgião não fazia a mínima ideia do que eu queria porque nem sequer tinha visto as minhas fotos antes e também não me soube informar do preço exacto da cirurgia e disse que a secretária é que me ia informar disso tudo, ou seja...a consulta não serviu de nada. Tive que esperar uma semana pra ter uma resposta (porque insisti) e no final disseram que uma rinoplastia ficaria 400€ mais cara do que o preço máximo que me tinham informado inicialmente. Questionei e disseram que se tinham enganado, que a pessoa que me informou estava lá recentemente, então disseram que se iam informar melhor e que me contactavam na quinta feira 22/10/2020...hoje é dia 19/01/2021 e nunca mais tive novidades. Felizmente, encontrei um excelente cirurgião em Paris, que responde ás minhas perguntas e que pratica preços bem mais acessíveis do que a CME. De todas as clínicas que contactei (contactei por volta de 10), a CME foi a mais incompetente. Só um conselho: se não querem perder clientes à toa e ter 1* nas notas, aprendam como tratar possíveis futuros pacientes. Resposta: O meu primeiro contacto com a CME Clinics foi em fevereiro 2020. A primeira mensagem que me enviaram foi no dia 11/02/2020 ás 11h49. Informem-se melhor, antes de responder. Relativamente a valores: mesmo depois da consulta de avaliação não obtive valor definitivo nenhum (tirando o valor com 400€ a mais do preço máximo que me tinham informado inicialmente). Nem o cirurgião nem a secretária souberam informar-me do valor que eu teria que pagar de facto. No que diz respeito aos preços praticados: cirurgiões mundialmente conhecidos, fazem preços mais acessíveis em Paris. Estamos a comparar a capital de França, com uma pequena cidade de Portugal, não ousem questionar a qualidade, satisfação e segurança. Resumindo: vocês demoram semanas ou até meses a responder a mails, mentem sobre os preços praticados, dizem que vão ligar mas nunca ligam, não explicam o porquê de tanto erro e ainda ousam me dizer que não são incompetentes? Para além de incompetentes são claramente desonestos e hipócritas! E a vossa falta de transparência nas respostas não ajudam em nada a vossa reputação.
