Nice awesome looking in Burdwan town. Behavior is too good. All facility available here. AC, non AC room available here. Easily visible from normal traffic conditions. Wheelchair accessible entrance available here. Parking available here for free. 24 hours open.

They doesn't know how to behave. Insulting behaviour. Reception boy is rude, manner less. Not recommend at all. Not good for women specially.

Located at the centre of the town this hotel offers the best value for money experience. They have variety of rooms at differenr budget and the room condition is very good. Quality fittings with quality management in addition to good food especially the rooftop restaurant is a complimentary convenience. They have parking facility but not in front of the entrance though.

The rooftop is the main appeal as it's Bardhaman's first rooftop restaurant. The food is not something extraordinary, it's average. Staff should behave more politely.

Ill behaved unprofessional staffs. Rejected booking at 8:30pm. Fortunately at their opposite there have a good hotel who had availability. I’ll recommend not to select this hotel for any visitors.

Not good, food was basic they made bbq chicken with chicken tikka Indian tandoor items coated in Chinese sauce and about masala cold drinks was too salty no balance in flavour, overall bad experience 👎🏻

This is a fabulous hotel with lucrative accomodation facilities along with the cordial services of the associates. Moreover important to mention about the Rooftop restaurant. They provide the most delicious foods with an excellent affordable price and ambiance. I personally feel, everything related to this is overwhelming. I am just fan of this place and have the desire to stay back here again and again.

I reserved the room based on Google ratings; however, their service left much to be desired. The accommodations were ...😮‍💨 - the television was inoperative, there was no hot water despite the frigid climate, and even the bathroom light malfunctioned. Additionally, I did not receive any toothpaste during my stay. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of hotel staff, there was no resolution or improvement. Overall, my experience with this hotel in Burdwan was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory.

Don't have proper etiquette of the hotel stuff. The family members with small kid was harrased even after submitting adhaar(Both) asked for marriage certificate or birth certificate of the kid at 12:30 am night to understand they are married couple.

Room are good. But I am not pleased by the room service. Asking for the RO water told me to provide Bottle. Also Morning Tea they provide only after 8am with Break Fast. Complementary break fast is good for nothing.

Good atmosphere...foods are delicious and staffs's behaviour are also very polite ....

Definitely worth the visit , the food quality is really good and the view is one of a kind in Burdwan.
