The taste of foods are good. Hospitality is good. Ambience is average. Almost everything is good but they should improve the chair quality. The chairs with uncleaned covers spoil the ambience.😔

The food was outstanding. We ordered Fish Finger, Lemon Chicken, Sweet corn chicken soup, sweet corn veg soup, paneer tikka, masala kulcha, veg fried rice,chilli paneer, mix fried rice, hot garlic chicken.All were delish. Quantity was also ample, two people(and one small child) can have one bowl of fried rice. The workforce was also very organised and helpful. Parking space is superb. Air conditioning system was also very good. And yes, loved the Diwali decor too. 😍

The restaurant has a bar which is good but the ambience is soo colorless. It doesn't worth the prices. Food is also okay-ish, nothing great. Overall an overpriced but very okay-ish place.

Location is just beside NH-19 previously NH-2. They have good space for parking and beautiful garden inside the hotel premises. Food quality is also good.

I have been to this place a lot of times for breakfast, lunch and dinner with friends and family and this place is amazing, food quality is just awesome.. A must visit place for fooding and I can't say about the stays..

We had lunch here, very bad experience. Food quality has dropped, since we were here 3 years back. We were a group of 7 family members, including senior citizens, had primarily Chinese preparations. Most of the food items were under prepared. We could not eat the Chicken lollypop and gave back the item. Even could not eat the chilli chicken. Even the prawn item looked stale. We would not prepare to visit this place again in the near future.

We stopped at 8pm during our long drive at Charnok City Burdwan for quick snack and to pickup some food for home. But it was disappointing experience, not all the options are available from the menu, no chai. Food when brought home could not suffice 4 member as per they committed and taste was really bad, quantity was less as per price. Worst thing was Mixed Veg which is very normal item of the menu, taste rotten. Would not recommend to anyone to visit there, waste of money and time.

We booked lunch around 30 people's here, but unfortunately found only 3 service staff who attended us. They managed it but it is really we aspect from Charnock's. Four star is only because of food quality.

Food quality is good, ambience is excellent, located on highway, a bit costly but manageable given occassional outings...pls looking out for authentic Bengali fish dishes should avoid

Nice ambience, had a bar and restaurant. The restaurant is located on the second floor, a person with wheelchair can access it as there is a lift. Place is clean, food was good and the staff was very helpful. If you are on the highway and want good food in some great place then this is it. It is also good for local people as most of the families eating there were locals only.

I don't easily fall for decor, especially after my recent spate of unfortunate experiences in India. Same goes for Charnock's Stop. Food is nothing special. I did like the hakka noodles. Everything else is just mediocre. I will not recommend their ginger prawns (dry or with gravy). Too much batter and hardly any prawn. The toilets were not clean at all and lacks toilet paper and maintenance. The blaring music was deafening and unbecoming of any tasteful experience. We could barely hear each other above that level of noise. Overall not a great experience.

The Chinese food here is good. Service to be honest is terrible. Waiting time for food is long and their behaviour isn't appropriate either. Probably won't go there again.
