Nice ambience with classy look. Just beside the national highway 2. But it seems to problematic if you moving to wards kolkata from Asansol. Almost 2km ahed a underpass connect to National highway 2 other side or hotel side road through a busy locality. But in terms of hotel its very cool, good staff, well behaved officials, swimming pool, badminton court, squash court, gym, multi cuisine restaurants and many more. Proper perking facility including wheel chair entrance make this hotel different from other.

Very prominently located on National Highway adjacent to Renaissance township at Burdwan this hotel n resort much more to offer Sprawling well maintained garden at the back side with a swimming pool , courteous polite staffs have impressed us

The buffet breakfast is good. This place is a good option for good quality food. It is a very decent place to stop over for a meal, if someone is travelling on the highway, especially with family. Their staff are very welcoming, courteous and helpful.

Located on the highway road.. rooms are clean, spacious with comfortable beds, recliner,... bathrooms are really clean .. We stayed for one night on our way to Mayapur... Food also good.. Certainly recommend..

Hotel is the best in Burdwan. Location wise is very good. Rooms are clean and maintenance is okay. Breakfast was good but don't try South Indian "chatni" it was not fresh. Also fruit juice. Otherwise lunch dinner is good but the price is quite high for food.

Its a resort in Bardhaman near Uttra Bus stand. It has room for long stay or resturant for food. Room, ambience and food quality is good. Service is not bad too. Bardhaman is my home town, I generally visited max resturant in bardhaman and found this is one of the best in terms of food quality, price and ambience.

We have been there during puja, and with that kind of rush, they only had 2 waiters to serve all table making it very difficult to manage. Also it's so empty to a point where you don't want to spend more than 10 minutes. Food is good but staff seems insufficient in number

Nice Property with a great location. The team is very helpful and courteous. The property is very well maintained, however the bed linen and curtains could be cleaner. The in-house restaurant rate is a bit on the higher side but the quality and taste is good. All the best.

They have a very very bad service . They charged extra 8000 rs for stain. We have a marrige function and they were not giving us the appropriate service . If we call for something they receiving and then they are decline the call . If we need something they just said that they are bringing and they don't bring it. We have a very bad experience we this hotel

Service is very poor. They charged extra for bed sheet and towel stains, occurence of which is pretty obvious in a wedding ceremony. The food in their restaurant is seriously overcharged. The air conditioning is poor. Reception and room service don't pick up calls even after multiple attempts. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience.

Great hotel. The regal room is very good. Large and well air conditioned. Pool is good, and hotel is clean. Recommended to all, hotel is very good. But as it is on main road, there is some dust. One up gradation that the hotel needs is they should train staff to be humble. I thought they were rude and arrogant. So please improve their behavior.

Visit once to attend a reception party. Very Big Species Grount for marriage ceremony or party and one of Well-known Place as well। Just visit once and feel really good 🤠

Location is really good. Service was also good. The hotel is understaffed, but the extra care and extra effort by the existing staff didn't let us feel so. Coming to the restaurant, many items in their menu were not available. But again, the staff tried their best to overcome the issue andthe quality and taste of the available dishes were good. The lawn, the lobby, and the swimming pool are well maintained but the adjacent shower cum changing room definitely needs more attention. The hotel has some problems typically related to the difficulties of maintaining such a big property in a small town. All the staff of the resort are assets to it. They are really helpful and always ready to go an extra mile. Mr. Sushanta Mohanty, the front desk staff, deserves a very special mention.

Everything was great only except the following 1. The room needs a full size mirror. Room has a 3x3 or 4x4 mirror. But a 4x6 would be helpful for dressing up 2. A close view make up mirror is needed in the bathroom near wash basin with stronger lighting 3. Along with all the toiletries provided, a shoe sponge would be very useful. All the above 3 are kind of standard in any good hotel / resort specially at this price range.

Over rated, Tarrif should be 1/2 , which is approx 6k for a day according the room. Rest service was ok.

We visited to have dinner. We ordered the food and after at least 45 mins they have served the food after we pinged them. Taste wasn't good enough. Then we ordered desert and they couldn't serve us the desert like a ice cream and fresh lime soda within 25 mins but they took full payment and we left without having our desert as it was too late

Dropped over for breakfast. Good food, smart service. A little pricey for breakfast.

Its located near the highway and easily accessible. There is a huge ground and wonderful to host parties and events. The rooms are well designed and spacious. There is a table and chair in your room for your work. Also a nice lawn and plenty open space. There is nice swimming pool as well.

Was decent, but not a great experience for ~5k room. I halted for the night here, room was large with basic furnishing, but was facing the highway so it was noisy with trucks passing. Breakfast was okayish. I did not have the time to visit bar / pool.

All arrangements of this resort was very much good. Food was delicious. Rooms were precious, clean.
