Located in main road in a prime location of burdwan...here first thing you'll notice is the calm and peaceful ambience plus polite staff behavior..decorated very nicely..now come to food -we ordered chilli chicken, mix fried rice,chicken Lahori( here it is special item) and chicken reshmi kabab.. All items are very tasty and nicely prepared specially the chicken Lahori.. I personally didn't like the reshmi kabab item because of its extra sweetness.. Another one point is here Biryani is not available( in Oct 2021)... this restaurant items are little bit costly also.. Overall nice experience for us in this restaurant..

The Atmosphere and esthetic of the restaurant is really good. Food quality is quite good and the behavior of staffs are so polite. You can hava a couple meal, family get-together or host a party here. This restaurant is mainly famous for hosting party and other functions in really good manner.

Its a Good Restaurant with experienced staffs and qualified chefs in heart of Bardhaman town. All of dishes are made here with fresh elements and proper hygienic way. Mocktails & Dessert Menu is also very interesting. You can enjoy your dining here with your friends and family in a great ambiance. Furniture & Decoretion of the restaurant feels it’s coziness. Service is pretty okay. Price point of the food is okey as per quality, quantity.

I ordered for Pomfret Tandoor, Chicken Tikka Butter Masala and Masala Kulcha and I could never taste such a finger licking taste before in Burdwan. Yet the price is little high for Pomfret tandoor (each 240/-) but these items are too good and stuff behaviour is very good.

I have visited the banquet hall of this restaurant , it's fully air conditioned , interiors are also great , but the problem is with the colour , mostly everything is red , so if you spend more time there , you will start to feel uncomfortable .

I had my anniversary party there. That time food was good both quality and quantity wise. But some day before I go to that place again and filled disheartened. Many items are not available. Quantity was much less. Quality ok types. And more over that there price! It's highly shocking!

Nice location. Good amenities. Except its upstairs made with iron sheet. It is too high. Difficult for old aged person/children to climb up! There must be provision of lift

Reasonably tasty food. Portions below mark. They're also understaffed.....takes way long to serve when full. Had to cancel an order for fresh lime soda as it took over an hour to deliver.

First Note: Jalsa, Saptapadi, Gupshup are in the same building and managed by the same restaurant. We went to Saptapadi for Bengali special food. Readymade Bengali thali's are not available but you can order all traditional items to build your own thali. Sometimes the food preparation takes time so be patient. Some of the items in the menu may not be available all the days. However, once you start getting your food, the taste will not disappoint you. All food items were fresh and tasty. The overall ambiance is good. The staff was friendly and professional. We liked all the food items. We had Basmati rice, Moog daal, Kosha chicken, Malai chingri, Mochar ghonto, Fish fry & finger, Sweet lime soda. One note to management: please keep the bathroom clean. It was disgusting. that's why 4 stars.

Freshly prepared food. Very tasty. Reasonable price. Nice ambience. Polite humble and cordial staffs. What else you may ask for. This place is definitely good to go.
