The quality of food is very good. And ambience is also nice. Staffs are also helpful and easy to communicate. I think just a little extra lights will be appreciated.

🔴👉🏼I am very sorry to say neelam marriage hall is extremely poor quality.i booked for 3 days for rs 65000/-..room size are toooooo small.and the bath rooms are horrible in size and cleanliness is pathetic..staffs are not at all helping in nature.they are only interested in payment..on my marriage day evening lights of the marriage hall fused.. as i was bride i used to sit in a dark room as the lights were fused..not at all recommended..this was my first booking and Last booking too in neelam marriage hall..my 65,000 totally waste of my money 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This restaurant is pocket friendly but food quality isn't that good it used to be Kolhapuri biriyani and chicken handi biriyani are best items here and those who love a little spicy biriyani should definitely try.. These are really awesome and delectable ❤️ Some starters are good ( chicken 65 ) and others are average but price is cheaper. Chinese segment is not up to the mark.. noodle is ok but fried rice is very much awful... indian main course non veg segment is also disappointing and doesn't justify their respective names in terms of quality and originality.. whatever you order from numerous list you will find same type of tasteless chicken or mutton with almost same type of gravy... The most heartbreaking thing is that sometimes they don't serve fresh items and serve something without proper cooking / fully burn. Taste is other thing but this should be maintained always Staff behaviour and ambience is good and one thing that you may not find in other restaurants but here you can get an option for half plate. There are options of half plate for many items from starter to main course... One thing remember that debit Card most of the times are not accepted here or if you get a chance to use it luckily may take very long time to complete

Food they served is good and tasty . But the ambience of this place did not work with me.

Price is very high comparative to the facility and room conditions. Half of the switch and board is not working. 1500/- per night without breakfast is very high. Behaviour of manager is good but has limited service. Non GST billing which is really very odd. They must improve room quality and also revised the tariff.

I tried Fish finger - taste, not great. Mutton hundi biryani- very ordinary taste, spicy, i think any footpath stall makes better than neelam. High price 380/- we even can't complete our meal..it was a completly mess.

The private area is not well maintained, and looks very congested. Food was good and service was a bit slow but very polite and calm.

The food was great. We went just before the durga puja began to have dinner with family. We had standard North Indian food, fish finger, butter naan, and chicken reshmi butter masala. Fish Finger was amazing, had 4 pcs myself. Butter naan was soft and delicious. The reshmi chicken butter masala was well cooked and succulent. The service was top notch. Just a couple of things didnt go their way. We ordered masala cold drinks, which took forever to arrive as they were out of stock on cold drinks. And lastly the complementary onions were not washed properly or at all. They replaced the same after complaining.

We are so comfortable & regular in this place. Quality is no doubt best 👍. Best thing is they provide every dish in two size ( half plate & full plate). And obviously Neelam is affordable and hygienic. Also there is toilet facility.

Nice clean air conditioned rooms....clean bathrooms ...they offer all amenities like t.v , wifi, wardrobe etc. For overnight stay rooms are great but only thing I didn't like is their food.. being a biriani lover i ordered chicken biriani...but it was not good..
