Nice restaurant. Interior design is lovely. Ambience is also good. Food is very tasty but butter naan should be better. Service is good but slow due to presence of only two stuff. Parking space available. Position of the restaurant is very approachable. Visit once with friends and family.

Location is just beside the main road. Not too far from Burdwan Railway Station. Parking place is huge. Both four wheelers and two wheelers parking are readily accessible. Good foods with diverse varieties. Decoration is very catchy and soothing. Staffs are polite. Space is moderate, a little more space was expected. A good place for family dinner. Lodging facilities are available as well. Overall a good place.

1st visit (January 2, 2019): Ambience, service, behavior, food everything was good. It's on the road. So finding it was not an issue. This is the first time I went for dinner with my family and friends and I am very satisfied with everything. Food cost was very low but quality was good. Also they have good range of deserts. 2nd visit (June 2, 2019): all messed up. There was only 2 waiters who were taking orders, serving food and cleaning the table. Maximum foods were unavailable. Deserts were unavailable. Service was below graded. They took 30 minutes to make bill. And lastly the foods were horrible. Very disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched. Much reasonable among the restaurants in Burdwan. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Its absolutely one of the best dinner we had. Highly recommended!

Pearl restaurant stands besides of GT road at Bardhaman Town. They have hotel rooms too. Chinese and bengali indian foods available. Also south indian pure veg dosa, dili, wada available here. A nice ambience

A terrible experience. I'm not someone who start creating scene I'm the spot but I went here after seeing the reviews, thought of sharing mine. They served me a chicken dish with bad smell, no wonder they took it back after realizing that we eat fresh. And a dal makahni they call it, I find tarka dal generally served in dhabas. The lady at the end explaining that it was not bad instead the smell was of something which is definitely trying to defend them. But thank god I don't see it in my bill. I may not visit here any further unless other restaurant in burdwan refuses me to serve 😀 but here are few lession for others. Lession for the waiters, if you don't have something fresh don't serve it. Lession for people who will visit the restaurant, please ask if they have something fresh and serve that. At last for the management, don't go harsh to the waiters. It's a learning curve for everyone.

Soo this is one of the most nearby restaurant from my house and i just frequently visits their for last 3-4 years..its been a friendly environment..i must say that the food quality has tremendously improved and I fell in love with the dishes and behavior is very good along with nice ambience..i had went their with my family, friends and also took delivery..we rely on their services..love it.. must visit as it is situated just beside the g.t.road❤❤

excellent location! Only Disadvantage is that it has no parking place. Banquet hall is large enough to accommodate a good number of people so that no one is to wait for food. Ground floor decoration is good enough

Great restaurant with average food and service. Recently I visited with my family for lunch. The restaurant was completely empty and only another customer joined for the whole 1 and half hour we were there. In spite of no customers, they took almost 30 min for basic preparation and serve. There were too many waiters but they were busy gossiping. The service was real slow without any other customers in the restaurant. The atmosphere was good and the kid friendly. The prawns starter was good but the chicken starter (malai kabab) was saltless and tasteless. The chicken coriander soup was a disaster. Fried rice and garlic chicken was absolutely average. Restaurant wise the price was OK but we were disappointed with the taste of the food after hearing so much hype about this restaurant on social media. I ordered food from here earlier on Zomato but the food was not this average earlier. Overall, quite disappointed with the service and average taste of the food. The best of the restaurant though is the availability of 4 wheeler parking which is rare in Burdwan.

The person who is handling the restaurant is quite rude (only one guy ) ! He argued unnecessarily. although food is good . But they should be more customer friendly and polite. We saw other customers were also not happy with him.
