BE AWARE!!! FRAUD ALERT!!! CHEAT!!! The organiser confirmed that they have the provision for parking of all the cars as they have ample underground parking but at the event date suddenly they denied parking of any vehicle. The helpless guest who kept the car parked roadside were fined with Rs.600 each. The place is congested and neighborhood is messy. The banquet hall management staffs are rude and unfriendly. Once they got the complete payment before event commencement, their attitude changed completely and vanished. We were at our own there on. We were unlucky to be trapped by these cheaters. Stay away from this banquet hall if you really do not want to mess up your event.

Worst hotel ive stayed in. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower was disgusting, the toilet had cigarette ashes, the bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty and the overall hotel was very dirty.

Don't ever go there .the don't know how to talk with customers all staff are ready to fight with customers. It's horrible staff just rubbish .. even u can't get water after 10 pm. If u demand they ready to fight with u. Don't recommended to anyone .. just disgusting..

Nice hotel to stay and food is also tasty. Only request is to provide complimentary breakfast to the customers as room rate is little on higher side with no complimentary breakfast.

Nice rooms with good service.Staffs are polite and helpful. Good food quality with reasonable pricing. If you are travelling with your vehicle then parking at your own risk infront of the hotel road.Delux rooms priced at Rs 1900 with surprisingly no complimentary breakfast which makes it costly being placed at burdwan.

Excellent location, rooms need to be more improve, low room lights which creates eye pressure at the time of reading and writing.

This hotel is in the heart of the town they have upgraded the rooms and amenities as well. Service is good but little bit late. the rooms are comfortable.....food quality is good....but here breakfast is served after 8 o clock. So if you check out before 8 o clock plz manage the breakfast with your own. This needs to be corrected by the management as ASAP.

I've been there for a number of times....they have upgraded the rooms and amenities as well....but service is not at all praiseworthy....typical local hotel mentality at the check-in desk....but the rooms are comfortable.....food quality is good....one thing I must mention....they have a nice rooftop banquet hall....ideal to arrange parties....particularly the adjacent rooftop garden....nice view of the city from there....

The location of Hotel City Tower is at the heart of Burdwan and just besides the Punjab National Bank badamtala more. Rooms are good, service is average, room rent is affordable. Parking is available at the basement area of the building. Recommended hotel to stay at burdwan if required.

It is located inside the city, this hotel is used as a land mark. Parking is available in Bottom. I stay there continuously during 1st & 2nd COVID wave. They help me a lots.

The position of this hotel is spot on!! The rooms were nice. Service is okay. There is parking space in the basement. The food is also good.

An age old styled shopping complex in the main township area of Burdwan. Easy to reach from Burdwan railway. About 20 minutes walk or toto/auto/rickshaw available from station. There is a banquet hall with open air facility on the 4th floor which is good for marriage or other ceremony.

Its a good hotel ti stay. It provides good environment and a cozy atmosphere. Staffs of the hotels are also professional and helpful. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchens are neat and clean. It also offers driver's accomdation. Having a dedicated underground garrage it situated at the heart of the city.
