Rooms are very small, no amenities, bedsheet is damaged, unclean, no cable connection for watching TV. Very very bad condition of bathroom too. Dirty, unclean and too small room. Bathroom mirror is hazy. Only positive side is food quality, quantity with reasonable price.

Good place for one night stand.The experience was good. The food quality was very good. The garden on the first-floor along with the entrance at the hotel is very beautiful. The hotel is in a peaceful area but a little far from the railway station 10 minute.

Location wise good, but bed cover arranged after 3hrs of check in. Tv is present, but not in working condition complained but no solution after commitment. At lunch I ordered veg dish (rice, dal,, alu vaja, alu posto), charged100/- where as it is rs.50/- at outside, Rupees 60/- is reasonable. Till now i am not happy.

It is very good and Clean hotel. Rooms are clean and Luxury. Survice is not full perfect but so good and expertise The hotel is famous for it's location. On The Main Road in front of the KALNA NEW BUS STAND.

The service quality of the hotel is detoriating day by day. Service staffs are very rude & often behave like we are staying here for free. Food is same every day as I used to stay in this hotel for atleast 10 days in a month. There is no change in menu (menu limited to only 4-5 dishes) Rooms are started stinking with cup board, bed & pillows. Moreover you order something & you get something, most of the times. Don't know why they are charging so much for this kind of service. Cleanliness is almost zero you will find cockroaches, rats roaming freely. It should be compared with a filthy lodge rather than hotel.

I have pictures I do not wish to share at this forum. But the thing I must say very honestly about this hotel that it is dirty. There are two set of stairs (with no elevator), one at front and the other at back. The first stair is littered with used water bottles, used bed linen, and miscellaneous other garbage, while to access the rear stair you have to go past the corridor with hotel ovens. For some reason the staffs prefer to cook right on the corridor and as a consequence the corridor gets cramped with two large tables (atop which the gas ovens are placed), vegetable wastes, used tea leaves, pouches of used food products and spices. The rooms are small, really small, with no balconies. Few of the front rooms which had balconies were not given to me because they were told to be very noisy, being situated on the main road. The mutton which I ordered was half cooked, though I was told that I ordered it early at half past twelve at noon. I stayed there only because it had a reasonably secured car parking in front. Though the hotel is cheap, I suggest that right opposite to this there is also a hotel named “V.I.P. Guest House” (inside the bust stand), where you may consider staying. I may some day wish to upload my set of pictures, which I do not like.

A very friendly help desk for booking online. However, the room was suffocating due to lack of ventilation but very clean otherwise. Go for an AC room. Service is v v slow. One or two service guys ran around. Would I go there again ? Yes

Good food. Reasonable pricing. AC and Non AC seating. They offer multiple bengali cuisine. Mutton curry is highly recommended.

A very Good place to stay in Kalna, Burdwan District

You can book this hall for marriage, birthday party, funeral rituals. Having lodging and boarding facility. Having restaurant, you can enjoy Indian, Chinese dish.

This place is very close to the Ambika Kalna bus stand. Non AC standard rooms are non standard, without any ventilation.

Location is good opposite of Bus stand but sleep will be disturbed at the mid night due to horn of the bus. Food is costly. Rooms are not well maintained as per Room tariff.

Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in . This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever.
