Horrible experience one of the worst Hotel I have ever came across in my life time poor hospitality, dogs are roaming around in side reception premises, ac is not at all working in bed room , toilet was so poorly maintained & pungent smell is coming from Bed Room which had forcefully made me to shift to a different hotel we didn't spent a single night and eventually the owner had taken full money and now refused to return our full money which made me to logged a compliant in police and would appeal file to High Court as I haven't received refundable anount yet. If I don't get full refund within 24 hrs then will bound to case against Mark & meadows owner.

Not at all worth rating. The so called director took the entirely payment in advance and provided us the worst room. Had to shift to another hotel and now they are not even returning our money... worst decision to stay in this hotel

Very lousy service, rooms did not have airconditioner functioning properly, geyser not working, intermittent power cut off. Rooms were gloomy and dull.

No maintenance, no room service, door lock was broken. Walls were damped. Third class experience. Don't go. Without any facility tariffs are high.

It's not so clean now a days , maintenance of the hotel is not good now a days

I was surprised to see the once glittery Marks And Meadows in such a torn down state...swimming pool had no water, sports rooms shut, just 1 attendant in the entire place, structures have not been maintained, place is filled with swarms of mosquitoes, it's become super shabby and lost it's once glorious status...

Room prices is highly overpriced, owner is a big time cheat. Don't visit this God forsaken hotel to get scammed. It was a big blunder which we did. Only good this is that the staffs tried their best but its of no use when there's such poor infrastructure. This property has potential but its all in vain.

One of the worst hotel seen in my life till date, I will request everyone to take this review seriously and try to avoid booking else your hardsole money will be lapsed and your family will be blame you to book this property.

This hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. The hotel looked dismal as we entered. Not at all maintained. The rooms had a bad stench. The bedsheet,pillows and blankets were extremely dirty. The door lock was not working. The toilet was extremely dirty. They couldn't serve tea when asked. Horrible room service. The manager showed no interest in the customers requirements. It had an eerie feeling. The direction to the rooms is completely misleading. Horrible experience. Noone should stay there.

It is horrible, after observing kitchen you will never feel to eat here. The management should close this property. Big cheat

Horrible experience, it was like "Bhoot Banglow". Worst conditions of each & every room, absence of proper skilled manpower, no facilities i.e. Tv, AC, Geyser etc are available. Property owner/manager is truely cheater.

Simply overpriced. All locks were broken, complementary breakfast was moderate at best and there was this stench in the water that I can only describe as a dead animal. Good location and potential though.

The behaviour of the old man, so called Director is not good. Rooms are ruined. Very bad smell. This resort is factory of Mosquito. They take 100% advance and cheat the people. The Old man of this resort donot behave properly. So request you all to see some pictures. AC and flush donot work.

Staying in the hotel was just horrible. There was no sign of minimum maintenance of the property and hospitality rendered by the owner was poorest. Severe lack of basic amenities like supply of water, mosquito repellant, TV channels were absent and also AC was not working properly. Upon complaining of the same the owner reacted violently and threatened to stop the service.

Experience in staying in this hotel is pathetic. It's a highly overpriced hotel and they don't spend a penny on maintenance. Room service is horrible. Overall it's a big zero.
