Bad hotel. Fodd quality is so bad. And services are not satisfied. they have TV but you can't use TV . If you see this review i advised you that don't come in this hotel.

We visited on 15-May-2023. Stayed in Room 102 with Cockroaches, Millipede and Centipede. We checked in around 8:00AM and with so much thriller and adventure we had to checked out around afternoon 3:00PM. Few more points: Rooms had AC without remote No geyser at washroom Drawer and mirror wood was broken Location little inside from main road Lunch we ordered for rice, aluposto, egg, dal & Jhuru alu vaja—- all one plate and food quantity very normal just like road side hotel cost me Rs. 325/-

Went to Shantiniketan with my friends and stayed at this place. We took two AC rooms, and here's my experience: Pros: 1. Rooms are clean and good to stay in. 2. The AC worked fine. 3. Staff behaviour was good. 4. The place was quiet and had a nice ambience. Cons: 1. Even at this price, water was not complementary. There was no water filter and we had to buy packaged drinking water from them the entire time at market price. 2. The food was quite expensive and of poor quality. Also, the quantity was not enough to fulfill the appetite. 3. During our stay, no room service was provided.

It's a calm and cool place to stay and if you want to spend your holiday peacefully keeping aside all your pressure , workload ..then come here. Don't expect the luxury of 5 star hotel , but staying here you will feel it's your second home at shantiniketan. Foods are good , healthy , even you may have non spicy, non oily food.Rooms are clean and you can walk in the roof at night and morning.

The place was great...also staffs were polite and very responsive.

Food quality and quantity is it too bad . Room service and rooms are very dark .

Wonderful atmosphere to stay with family or couple.. rooms good , service and food all good.

They dont welcome unmarried couple.. So please those peeps avoid that place..

Hotel is good.but location is too far from the city..phone is not working so you can connect to room service only from your mobile.staff's are good,ready to help..

Room Quality is not up to the mark, 1st floor. They have no lift. It will be difficult for an aged person.

It was a short trip during basanta utsab. The atmosphere of the hotel is outstanding. Lot of greens you can feel inside the hotel. Hotel rooms are good,well maintained. Hotel staffs are polite, respectful and friendly in nature. About food I would say quality can be improved. It's a calm and quite place for staying at Shantiniketan. One thing I can assure you is that you will find peace.🙏🏻

The hotel is located in a very silent place. No polution problem. Main problem is the hotel is located 5to 10km away from the main road.

It was a okay type guest house. The staffs are good. but hot water facility was not that good. Overall good for staying in short term.

Paradise is it. All staffs are polite, and disciplined.The rooms are well decorated.There is also a community hall. We meet there twice in a year..

Not a very pleasant stay at hotel Basundhara. Rooms & toilets were not very clean. Behaviour of the staffs are good and food quality is also okay.

This is one of the most popular hotel in Bolpur. One can book this hotel in reasonable prices for meeting purpose, or for staying purpose. This is not available for marriage ceremony or any type of event. One can get food from here, they have their own kitchen inside the hotel. This is a lovely place to stay. They provide good services. NB: For SBI employees there is some facilities.
