The worst hotel in bolpur. Receptionist, staff's behavior is so rude towards their customers, just the staff is shouting on us. Reason is 1. After clearing all the payments when we checked in we saw that there is no drinking water in the room. Fine, after sometime one boy came and gave us 1 l two bottle of water he never said it payable or not. 2. Pictures sent to us of rooms and rooms provided at the time of check-in were not at all same. When we said expectedly they denied and don't even bother about it. The bathroom is in its worst condition. Pot turned to black from white for lack of maintenance. All over there are small insects roaming in bathroom bed everywhere 3. At the time of check-out the main thing happened, they added all the m.waters which we bought and what they provided at time of check-in. When we denied to pay the receptionist and the staff shouted on us and said you asked for water, in bengali 'ami ki etotai boka nki j 3 tola theke jol ante asbo' I asked where you provided rooms water the receptionist said ' amra ghore jol die na jol kine khete hobe ai hotel e' According to the rules of gov you have to provide water in restaurants or rooms. Concluding don't come to stay here if you don't want to spoil your trip.

Please don't do pre-booking in this hotel ,they will show some other room in pics and when u go they will give u something else. For me they completed cheated us, gave very small room untidy for the price we paid for and washroom was too small in a sense very very small that one can't even bath in it. Only one waiter was there who was corporative and food is ok. Overall u can take room here only after reaching and seeing room live they only book. Too costly but room doesn't match that price.

Not a good experience. Very small rooms and old. Unhygienic hotel. They charge High compared to the service they provide. Better to stay in many good nearby hotels which give more aminities and new rooms.

My stay in Green Chillies was really very peaceful. Situated a bit far from the railway station the hotel is far away from the hustle bustle of the Shantiniketan town. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The service is prompt and I enjoyed the tea there. I thank the team for being thoughtful enough to add a few packets of snacks and biscuits to munch. The ambience is good and the stay is comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel for people who would like to go for a quiet weekend within limited budget.

I stay near to this restaurant...Initially, the staffs were all good and well-behaved; now things have changed....They neither deliver quality food in time, nor are the services good over here!! Hence, it's just waste of money over bad quality food!

First of all I loved the hotel and its services . Yes rooms are small. But yes the rate is cheap . Located in Bhubandanga area. Its good if you are looking for budget hotels. If budget is not a problem , go for other hotels .

My parents stayed at this hotel recently for 2 days. They pre-booked the rooms. The size of the room was very small and bathroom wasn't that clean. The food wasn't good compared to the price and serving time was late.

Budget hotel with Non Ac and Ac rooms. Rooms service is okay. Food is good. Staff cooperative.

Rooms are quite good but not the best. But the foods, they offer, are extremely good. I repeat, extremely good. Recommending others at least to try the foods there, even if they don't make up their mind to stay.

And yes, overall it's better than Royal Bengal even. The rooms are good, small, but good. The food is quite good. The staff is very genial, I must say. But I found some added warmth was missing. But I guess it doesn't matter as long as the hotel offers what it is meant for: service. For a no-fuss weekend getaway at Bolpur, Green Chilli is a great hotel to choose.

Very nice hotel for stay in Bolpur in medium budget, it's couple friendly and safe for every guest. Prominent places and railway station are near from this hotel. This hotel has own restaurant. Foods are awesome in reasonable price.

Personally I don't like the food quality and the test according to the price.. Rooms are not that bad and the services of the staffs are good. Overall experience is avarage....

A good budget hotel with very cordial and sincere staff. 10 to 15 minutes from bolpur station. Restaurant at ground floor is nice for common middle class people with nenu at moderate rates. Has lift facility, and both ac and non AC rooms. Liked as a common man.

Avarage hotel. Room rents are varies depending on booking. Tariffs are higher than it's actual standard. Parking space is very limited. Small lift can hardy accommodate 4 persons.

We go there 31st july.the hotel ambiance is really gd and they have lift also so older person don't need to worry about.and there staff were really kind but there food is not good 👎👎 ..there food quality is very poor we ordered there mix swezwan fried rice 4 plate and 2 plate of manchurian chiken and swezwan chiken. There food quantity is tooo less we 1st ordered 3plate but then when we see there quantity is disappointment for us suddenly we ordered 1plate ...and the chiken item also not so good ..but there room is good but they charged too much money

Hotel is good. Food cost is on the higher side but quality is not as per rates. Service satisfactory. Delayed service but worth proper results.

Good hotel, we were there for one day they took Rs-1100 for AC room. Every service person's behave is good.

Yesterday i ordered a chicken item.. And at the time of eating.. I got a feather of hen in a piece of chicken.. How they can do this? After watching that I can't eat anymore..the food got wasted.. I request to every one be careful.. 🙏

Took Panner Pakora for ₹60 which was tasty, as food items provided in this hotel are always very tasty no doubt 👍🤗 For dinner took Season Veg Curry consisted of Cauliflower 👌 with hand made rooti.

Before booking this hotel please it is a request to think twice. And if you are coming with your family then never ever. First of all they serve stale cold food, secondly the beds are very small in size, the rooms are stuffy. And remember it may happen with you also that at night you may not get water in the washroom. This twice before spending here.

Amazing rooms with good service.... Foods are also delicious..... They have a separate banquet hall and parking...... A grocery store is located exactly by the hotel .... A/C and NON A/C service available.....

During my solo trip to Santiniketan, I stayed here from 26 to 28 March 2022.In very low price they are providing double bedded AC room with toiletries. They have an inhouse restaurant with delicious food and room service as well. Location of the hotel is also excellent. But they should have install one rod in washroom to hang the towel while taking shower
