I
had
booked
the
hotel
for
January
month
during
poush
mela.
But
due
to
Corona
third
wave
we
had
to
re-plan
the
journey
and
we
had
cancelled
the
ongoing
tickets
but
the
hotel
management
told
that
we
can
avail
the
service
within
any
time
in
six
months.
In
starting
of
February
month,
when
we
asked
the
re-planning
of
the
hotel
booking
they
told
it
cannot
be
done
during
Vasantotsav,
this
was
not
stated
earlier.
They
are
repeatedly
saying
that
during
vasantotsav
they
will
not
give
the
rooms
and
either
we
have
to
go
2-3
days
earlier
than
that
or
2-3
days
later
than
this
what’s
up.
And
whenever
we
discussed
with
the
hotel
personnel,
Mr
Sagar
Fandas,
he
initially
did
not
introduce
himself
as
a
manager
suddenly
in
the
next
call
he
told
I
am
the
manager
and
he
was
refused
to
give
the
higher
managers
phone
number
and
different
time
different
thing
he
was
saying
that
once
he
says
that
his
manager
is
out
of
India,
once
he
says
there
is
no
rule
to
give
his
manager
phone
number.But
he
was
stubborn
to
not
to
refund
my
booking
amount
of
Rs.4200.
It
felt
they
are
fraudulent
hoteliers.
