We
booked
two
2x
rooms
via
oyo
at
shantiniketan
homestay.
It
is
very
close
to
the
station.
There
are
a
couple
of
things
i
would
like
to
state.
Firstly
the
owner
was
not
willing
to
give
two
side
by
side
rooms.
Rooms
were
there
but
he
was
not
giving.
Then
after
a
long
discussion,
he
gave
two
adjacent
rooms.
But
none
of
them
had
tv
connection
(set
top
box).
Nowadays
it
is
a
basic
requirement.
We
opted
for
ac
rooms
with
tv
but
the
owner
said
that
he
cant
give
two
adjacent
ac
rooms
with
tv.
As
i
was
travelling
with
my
1.5
year
kid,
we
agreed
for
ac
adjacent
rooms
without
tv.
One
such
room
had
no
mirror.
When
we
asked
the
owner
said
that
the
mirror
had
broken
and
he
will
fix
it.
But
there
is
mirror
in
the
washroom.
However
he
didnβt
fix
it.
Anyway
we
settled
in
the
room.
After
30
mins
the
ac
malfunctioned
and
water
was
falling
in
a
huge
amount.
To
my
mere
surprise
he
stated
that
it
will
be
repaired
by
a
plumber
and
not
by
ac
mechanic.
I
continuously
said
that
it
needs
an
ac
mechanic.
Then
we
were
shifted
to
a
different
room
smaller
in
size.
Very
hard
bed.
It
had
a
balcony
but
water
was
dropping
in
it
(balcony)from
the
terrace.
So
the
balcony
was
messy.
So
now
we
got
settled
in
two
disputed
rooms
which
were
not
adjacent
to
each
other.
The
room
in
which
we
shifted
later
had
only
one
light
and
no
dim
light
for
night.
The
ac
remote
was
not
working.
The
food
was
not
that
great.
The
coordination
among
the
staff
was
pathetic.
The
place
has
a
potential
to
do
better.
It
can
be
good.
One
thing
which
was
good
about
the
place
was
their
manager
Raj.
He
was
very
polite,
helpful
and
had
a
very
nice
behaviour.
I
decided
to
give
a
very
low
rating,
but
rajβs
attitude
forced
me
to
change
the
rating.
He
was
a
wonderful
person.
