The property is very beautiful, rooms are nice & clean, have all the necessities, AC, geyser, HD connection. We checked in at 3:30 am but they still gave us a room to freshen up and sleep(we were a band of 3 people), the staff is extremely good and polite. Had a great stay here and kudos to their hospitality.

A small but beautiful guest house with a beautiful garden.. rooms are spacious, clean..need more interior upgrading or modernisation.. over all nice experience.. location is very nice... peaceful and homely environment.. near Prantik railway station.. Staffs are cooperative..

The only good thing about this stay is the verandah on the 1st floor. The seating areas and structures in the garden are full of cobwebs. Clearly zero maintenance,even after ripping public off with such high room tariff. Staff is bad, cannot even converse properly with guests. Rooms are extremely basic but cleaning of rooms does not take place . Bathroom was ok. Food is average. Definitely not worth the price we paid for.

The 3 star is only for ambience and the location. The well maintained gardens is a plus point but the rooms on ground floor is dingy and cramped. Food was horrible. I vowed never to eat again after lunch. The man in charge often intervenes in private talks which was uncomfortable for me. What really really broke my heart is that when of the finch birds died in their bird cage and the cocktiel looked like it's about to give up from extreme heat, i complained to the management...and this is what they said "the boy who looks after them is absent. It's not possible for us to do everything." They did not even remove the dead bird from the cage. Being a bird lover i felt guilty and angry and sad. I went home with sad thoughts and concerned emotions about the malnourished cocktiel and the remaining lonely finch. I even wanted to take it him but these PPL were reluctant to give it away. I wonder if the owner is that laid back about it as it's just a "small bird" at the end of the day...

As per location it's very good, rooms are clean and behavior of the staff is very polite. Good for family holiday.

The only good thing about this hotel was it's ambience with beautiful plantations all around. Food was below average, rooms were very small (I booked through MakeMyTrip and the size there showed 220 sq.ft. which was much less than that), service. Room service was not there. Food served was tasteless with very less oil and spices. MakeMyTrip showed wifi which was not present. Overall a below average experience. Last morning, the dish TV got disconnected due to non recharge. With complimentary breakfast, the hotel staff had no intent to serve food properly.

A wonderful guest house with warm welcome by the manager, good food is available . One can also visit different spots in Shantiniketon with a reliable Toto ,driver contact number is provided by the manager . The ambience is great with the lash greenary of different kinds of plants and decoration .

Guest house with good facilities, don't expect 5 star facilities but is ok for a comfortable stay..lush green surroundings, near to landmark places...easily accessible

Stuff behaviour was really good. Food was good. Always cooperative ,friendly stuff . Value for money. Nice neighborhood. Cleanliness was okay. Wifi was not there during our stay. Car Parking was outside the main gate (road side parking) Window curtain should fully covered the window. Actually curtains are little bit smaller than window size. We like our stay.

Very cosy home stay food quality and cooking is simply fabulous...great ambience and staff behaviour is very polite humble and helpful.

We stayed in September 2019 with my family and in-laws. The property was overall good. The garden is excellent and very well maintained. We got the rooms at the back which were good but could have been better. Food is good home style authentic bengali.
