We
wanted
to
get
away
from
the
busy
life
of
Kolkata
and
selected
Shantiniketan
for
a
week
end
tour.
I
went
through
various
information
regarding
the
Hotels/
Resorts
there.
Finally
went
for
Chhuti
Holiday
resort
and
booked
a
cottage
there.
On
arriving
i
found
that
i
made
a
perfect
selection!
Situated
at
Charu
Palli,
its
not
on
the
main
road
.
But,
that
is
the
plus
point
of
this
resort
as
far
as
i
am
concerned!
It
is
just
tranquil
peace
of
not
being
disturbed
by
noise
which
offers
the
happiness
you
enjoy
with
only
the
sound
of
birds
chirping!
No,
automobile
engine
sound
or
honking...Just
the
nature
in
its
original
form!
The
property
is
nicely
maintained
with
cottages
of
different
category.
All
of
them
are
decorated
nicely
.
Rooms
are
comfortable
with
almost
all
amenities.
Here
i
would
just
suggest
few
additions
in
the
room/
service
which
i
felt
necessary.
The
cottage
where
we
stayed
had
no
small
table
for
placing
the
suitcase.
As
the
built
in
cupboards
are
not
suitable
for
keeping
the
suitcase,
we
had
to
place
it
on
the
ground.
Regarding
service
,
i
felt
that
the
cottage
should
have
provision
of
making
tea/
coffee
by
the
guest
themselves.
This
facility
is
available
in
almost
all
the
good
hotels
all
over
India
as
they
supply
an
electric
kettle
with
pouches
of
tea/
coffee
and
other
required
items.
Authorities
may
think
over
my
observations.
As
far
as
the
hospitality,
they
are
just
flawless.
The
Chef
,
Mr
Majhi
takes
care
of
every
one
with
tailor
made
cuisine.
Though
the
price
of
food
is
bit
on
a
higher
side,
they
are
perfect
and
sumptuous.
Other
staff
members
too
are
very
caring
and
you
will
always
feel
at
home
here.
Altogether,
our
stay
was
superb
there
and
i
would
like
to
come
back
to
this
place
in
future!
