Staff behaviour is very rude with a very poor service. Rooms are good, but you should not expect any service. They charge heavely for providing hot water in the room for bathing. You need to have your dinners within 9:30 pm else they charge 20% extra for giving the same food at your room. Food rates are also different for different customers. Even the owner is not bothered about the poor service.

We had a quick stop in here for fooding. Nice place for having Lunch break in Arambag. This place has hotel room as well. It has ample parking space. Food quality is good and price is moderate.

Large banquet halls ate available for Company Meeting, Marriage Ceremony etc. Double and Dormitory rooms are available for staying purpose. The location of this Hotel is great. Except that the parking arear is vast and FREE.

Room is good. Spacious. Clean. Bathroom is ok. Not great though. Water is adequate and clean. Attached restaurant. Food is ok. Placement of the hotel is excellent. It's very near to the Arambagh bus stop as well railway station. Vehicular sound at night is slightly disturbing if u get a room facing the highway.. otherwise ok. Price is moderate. Double-bed single room usually costs around 6k. It varies on the timing of festivity, election, exams or any other occasions. A good experience all in all.

Overall it's a good place for wedding parties and other entertainment programs. The location is very nice, besides the main road. But I have to say that the internal lightings are somehow less bright. Also the internal decorations are little bit old fashioned. But overall a good place for program. 😊
