Just
returned
back
today
from
the
resort,
having
stayed
from
14-17Oct2023.
While
the
service
staff
and
the
restaurant
were
excellent,
only
issue
faced
during
the
3night
stay
was
the
unavailability
of
a
proper
sleep
option
for
an
extra
adult
(daughter)
inspite
of
making
advance
payment
for
the
booking.
The
website
nor
the
booking
staff
mention
anywhere
nor
did
they
call
to
notify
that
the
3rd
adult
person
in
the
double
bed-room
will
be
provided
a
mattress
separately
and
is
expected
to
sleep
in
the
floor.
How
absurd
and
obnoxious
of
this
resort
to
assume
that
such
booking
visitors
will
be
doing
this.
This
is
very
very
misleading
and
I
had
a
good
10minute
argument
with
the
booking
staff
today.
The
rooms
were
empty
on
14Oct
and
we
reached
the
resort
by
9am
for
check
in.
To
sustain
their
hype
of
in
demand
rooms,
they
denied
the
checkin
until
about
11am.
Understand
that
they
have
a
checkin
time
of
12pm
but
why
harass
your
visitors
for
the
2-3
hrs,
when
the
rooms
were
empty?
As
you
enter
the
room
first
time,
it
had
a
strong
smell
of
moss
and
fungus
on
the
walls.
It
was
evident
from
that
strong
smell
that
the
rooms
were
locked
for
atleast
a
day
or
two,
if
not
for
a
week.
Disgusting
experience
and
would
advise
future
travellers
with
3
adults
planning
to
visit
this
place,
should
definitely
avoid
this
resort.
You
may
visit
for
food
definitely
as
it
was
great.
