The only good thing is the price and the location, that's why giving two stars. No outside food allowed, No guest allowed even for a second! Nobody could go into the room to carry the luggages. Even family members are not allowed to meet for a glance. Hotel's staffs are too much unprofessional. Manager is too kuch rough and rigid, can't even know how to treat the guests, always taking a superior chair and leads one's day schedule. Anyone boarding this hotel, obviously gonna suffer from inferiority complex.

This was the only hotel i stayed whenever i came to Bolpur. My first preference as it is very close to my department. But today i had a very bad experience here, never to look back again here. The staff tried to charge me 12% GST for Rs 600 room price when i insisted in paying online. I was out of cash so i said i will scan pay. He says Rs 72 will be charged extra, while the tourism rule clearly says 0% GST for hotel rooms below Rs 1000. The staff was very rude. I don't understand he was ready to accept 600 in cash but while scanning he says GST will be applicable. Then i told him i will not take the room because he was so adamant and rude. It was exactly half an hour we were there. My husband had used bathroom for 10 mins for the rest 20 mins we were just filling the register and he went outside to fetch some cigt. He charges me Rs 200 for those half an hour. I told him i was ready to pay the whole price and stay there as we had early morning train. Even for that he says the gate will not open before 7am. I gave him Rs 100 with a promise to never return again. It was not about Rs 72. It was about the fraud that they are practicing and the rude behaviour the staffs have. Totally NO TO NISHA.

All the positive reviews seem fake.Terrible place. Booked AC room at almost1500/- per night. Dirty water from toilet sink spilled all around the toilet. On complaining hotel said there was just a single water outlet in the toilet so they could not fix it. Rooms and toilet fittings were dirty too. Planned to stay 3 nights, rushed out after first night! Living hell! The great location could not redeem it too.

The location is fantastic...maximum 7-8 minutes Toto distance from the station...Rooms are sufficiently large, neat and clean.. Not too luxury like a two or three star hotel but as per budget they are just perfect...all the staffs are also very cooperative.. Overall we had a very good experience there in the last week.. In one sentence all I can say if you choose this hotel then It will obviously a pocket friendly deal..go for it..

Hotel Nisa is in front of the gate of Poush Mela Ground and Shantiniketan Market is just in front of the hotel. Visva-bharati Campus is just 500 m away from the hotel. The famous visiting spot "Tin Pahar" is just 750m away from the hotel and Bolpur-Shantiniketan Railway Station is 2km away. This is the description of the location of the hotel. The hotel room and bathroom is cleaned. There is 24*7 water service and it is a pocket friendly hotel. If you are a student and plan to go with your friends, they can give you a very good deal. They have two types of non-AC room. 1. 700+12% GST 2. 600+12% GST I highly recommend for the location and price of the hotel.

Room is congested.. room wise high price... Should need more improvement.. room was not cleaned by the staffs.. not even change the bedsheet.. Very poor service

Location is at its best..just infront of the campus.hotel boys n manager are well behaved.rooms are well maintained except mosquito 🙂.. CHEAP AND BEST at Bolpur

Staff behaviour not very good. Main gate is closed up to 7:00AM and if you want to go out side for morning walk gate keeping staff behaved very badly though we informed them previously in night. They called me in my mobile phone for check out at 11:30 AM and 11: 45 AM though check out at 12:00 noon. Rooms are also not very cleaned.

Great place to stay nearest Visva-Bharati campus, 600/day room with 18% gst is nowadays best thing. But rooms r not so clean.

The hotel is quite good and when it is summer season we can t open the door of balcony at night due to lots of mosquitoes and we feel very hot the fans of the room are not enough fast it is very slow and there are many insects, bed bugs, and lizard.

Convenient easy stay, rooms have enough space to walk around, beds are of decent size and washrooms have all you require except geyser in case you are looking for a warm water bath. Staffs are well behaved, offers room service but currently the restaurant in the hotel is closed. You'll get mosquito repellent if you wish to, as the rooms have mosquitoes due to trashes being stacked behind the premises. Planning to explore Santiniketan? This can be your place to stay in.

I sincerely recommend this hotel. Affordable and visitors-friendly. The staffs were nice to us.

Please take your own mosquito repellent even in AC rooms.. they will give you a fake or damaged mosquito repellent so please take your own.. Staff behaviour is very polite..

Very close to Santiniketan Ashram and Visva-Bharati campus. Affordable for all with good service and hospitality. There is a smal but delicious restaurant in the ground floor of this hotel. Stay here and stay peacefully.

Very good hotel , stayed there for 2 nights 3 days , the manager was good and polite. Rooms were big and clean enough . Hot water was provided by them with an additional 10 rupees and one bucket is enough for 2 persons . Overall very good hotel and very easy communication from bolpur Santiniketan railway station .

Located exactly opposite the Poush Mela ground, this hotel is one of the best accommodations you'll ever get. Staffs are very helpful and all the facilities needed while travelling are available there at a very reasonable price!
