Place is good. Good Accomodation as well as Facilities.

Simplicity is not an excuse for poverty or mismanagement. The ambience of Santiniketan deserves more. The food at purbapalli guest house is dismal and disorganized. May be a wiser idea to live in a homestay and explore Santiniketan. Was at IGH & purbapalli for an academic event and learnt that it is also now housing noisy tourists upsetting the ambience even further.

Not a good guest house to stay due few reasons: 1. Double beds room is rs500 and u will get hotels at rs 600 just beside the main road. 2. Situated interrior side so communication is a problem . 3. Building is old, wall condition is very bad ( see the pictures) 4. Too many Mosquitoes able to ruin ur sleep, and they provided me useless all-out. 5. In my room no light in the toilet 6. Although the staffs are good ( only lower grades) but when I complaint to their boss , misbehave with me. Only good thinks is the environment , really good.

I got reservation in the Dormitory. It was clean and neat. There is a water purifier and a water heater available. Wash rooms are also clean. I got a cot with bed and bed cover, pillow and a rug. It is safe. Charges are very nominal.

As it's my first day in this guest house more 4 four days I going leave our her hopes all day may go well n good, according to rate it's cheaper but some improvement must be done Locker system must me provided , fans must be increased

A stay within the Viswa Bharti University but very difficult in Summer, you can't stay without opening the windows and you can't open the windows because of varieties of insects.

Dormitory toilets are bad because of the smell coming to the rooms. Individual rooms are still better choice.

A very nice and comfortable guest House of Visva-Bharati University for International guests and visitors.

During summer this place is not appropriate to stay for the cold weather place people, because there is no Air condition room.

Perfect place to stay but it's so expensive 😅
