Good hotel and curtious staffs.. rooms were decent and clean.the food is little overpriced and room service needs to be a little prompt.

- Bathroom is not anti slippery and no handle in the bath area for elderly. - all furniture are having very sharp edges, caused multiple injuries to legs. - Indian food quality is very good . - Rooms are well clean and ready - upholstery and bed materials are perfectely clean. - staffs are very gentle, well dressed and courteous. - room service is well done but can be improved. - could not locate Fire exit & fire system in room.

I stayed in this hotel today in room 201. The room and the facilities are good but the front desk was very rude and arrogant. They are into hospitality business but they are not at all hospitable. The other staffs in the hotel are good except for the front desk. They do not know how to treat a customer. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone but if you are looking for just facilities and not respect you can go to this hotel.

It is situated at great central location where everything is within walking distance. I stayed at Bless Inn for a day, really enjoyed its location in the city centre. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was really delicious with varied options, and the room was nice and had all the amenities. The staff were really very helpful not only during check in or check out rather during the whole stay, I must say that the services and staff were quite efficient. I would suggest everyone, if you are placing a visit there, you must opt for Bliss Inn without a second thought. It even had a wonderful restaurant where you can dine in. Thank You for the lovely cooperation.

Very good accommodation. Centralised AC. Attached Restaurant is also very good quantity & quality wise. Neat & clean. Room size is good for 2 person. 3 can be adjusted..

Unexpectedly good. We were on our way back to kolkata, when I booked this hotel rooms via ph. Inside the city, I didn't expect it to be this good. Rooms r well maintained. Service is a bit slow. Food is good. Extra mattress is uncomfortable.

Good hotel, but as businesses trips needs seperate bed is not available in this hotel. Food quality is good. But food is very expensive. Car parking is available

Room is good and specious. Cleanliness is good, staff very polite, food very good but costly.

Outlook of the hotel is backward towards couples. Maybe it's because burdwan is still a few centuries behind on public mindset. Food is good. Room service is good. Rates are also decent. Facilities are value for money.

I am degrading the rating. I am right now in the Hotel and the staff in reception is rude and irritating. I raised a complaint about the noise of Furniture movement above my floor even after 11 pm. But in vain no response/ slow response... Still it's 11:46 and the same noise is continued. Why one takes a hotel - to take rest after days work but these people are irritating and useless. Rude behaviour unresponsiveness.

The hotel is good. In September 2023 the double bed room charge was 2352/- including GST. The room has all facilities (cleanliness, towel, blanket, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair drier in bathroom, electric kettle, ingredients to make instant tea, work desk and chair, slipper, complementary breakfast {4 puri and sabji/ bread jam/ sandwich} boiled egg, 2pc 500ml water bottle, AC, fan, Lift). So your stay will be pleasant.

The rooms are a little small but nice and well maintained The food is good, value for money

The rooms were large and tidy, with delicious food. However, some staff members seemed a bit rude, and the service was okay.
