My cousin booked this hotel in Burdwan for his marriage. The hotel is really beautiful and it's very new. The reception staff are cooperative. The parking space is large enough to fit many cars. The food is tasty and the rooms are very clean. Staff members are also nice. There are total 4 hall rooms I think for events. You also have a large ground for open ground parties. The only drawback is the construction. The hotel is poorly constructed. Tiles and pieces of wood came falling off from the roof when we were at the hotel. Even my relatives got injured due to that. Other than that, the hotel is really good.

Amazing food & Service is always perfect. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Always looking forward to this place with my friends & family. Great Hospitality. Highly recommend to all my colleagues. Hotel RJ : A true sample of excellent hospitality.

It's just beside the national highway. Quite big area for stay and parking. Restaurant is big with various menu. Food quality is good. Takes time to deliver because they make food after you order. They can customise as per your choice. Restrooms are clean. Well behaved staff.

The ambience was good and the food was delicious and inexpensive. Though the pastry wasn't good enough. The staff are well behaved and helpful. This place is really a very good place to hang out with your friends and family.

Overall experience is very good. The food quality, quantity and decoration plus taste everything is good. You have to pay descent amount for this experience. I ordered biriyani mainly and it's tasty. Very happy with my stay at RJ Hotel. Had gone for some official work around Burdwan and wasn’t sure about any hotels in the area. But this hotel pleasantly surprised me! The service was excellent. Bhola in hospitality was so kind and accommodating. The reception was quick to respond to any requests. The rooms were big, spacious, clean with all modern amenities. I Visited for Dinner with my family, and my experience was unbelievable. 1. Hospitality you can feel from the entrance at place, every service boys so polite and kind. 2.Service is too fast after ordering our food. 3. Every item price is reasonable and quantity is more than 1-2 people 4.All food item quality is very delicious and tasty. 5. Hotel is too much clean , and very good decorated you can compare with 4* hospitality. 6. My family and me enjoy our dinner with happily in Puja. Thanks hotel RJ for such memorable evening.👌

We have had to deduct two stars as we had been assured our special expedition bicycle would be safe here. When we got up in the morning to check it the locks had been moved and an electrical computer dislodged. We expected a hotel of this standard to take care of their guests property. Otherwise the room, food and service was very good.

big beds, three baths incl one on main floor. very comfortable and pet friendly. The management company was superb. They have a chat app that kept us constantly in touch, so when there was something missing or we needed assistance, they responded on chat right away and very pleasant staff came around quickly. One even opened our wine bottle! The separate bathrooms upstairs with showers and one jacuzzi tub, were great and the beds were super comfy

Came here for a wedding ceremony and the experience here was very good. Clean rooms and washrooms. Luckily my room was way bigger and spacious. Lacks few amenities like a mini fridge, iron or a gym but other than that it is pretty much recommended.

It was a good experience to have lunch there along with some senior officials of Agriculture Department. Ambience was pleasant and service was also excellent. You will feel a sense of hygiene everywhere with aesthetically arrangement. The price is a bit upperside but you will never feel of being cheated. Overall recommendation, you may go for it.

Stay at the hotel for two days. Positive is hotel food is very good. Negative. Very bad and rude with customers and showing hooligans over customers.Very impolite behaviors with customer and although they allowed visitors to come but later they said that no visitors allowed in premises. Not customer friendly and stay will not be good who is thinking of good hotel staff

I Went last week with my family. I liked it Very much.The decoration of the Hotel is incredibly beautiful.Hotel like this in Burdwan is amazing. Staff behaviour is very good. I think there is a girl named Sreeza , Whose manner was charming. The Sincerity of her service filled our hearts. I will Go again. In my openion Food quality needs to be improved.

Decoration of this place is really extravagant. It has a fine dining restaurant and a bar. Both are really well maintained. Staffs are also well behaved. Foods are really delicious. So all over I think this is one best luxury restaurant in Burdwan.

I am a regular customer of there restaurant services. Food is too much delicious and tasty and variety always available. Hotel decoration is very fantastic. Staff's are good in behaviour. There is a gentle boy named 'sumanta',.His service melt my heart as well as my family members also.Loving place.

The hotel is conveniently located on the highway. It can be a preferred stopover for people travelling from durgapur to kolkata. The overall decor and the rooms are very nice. The bar and restaurant is also good. Food is very nice. The service staff people are very friendly. Only one criticism that the bar menu is not updated. The cocktail menu is not matching with what they serve. Also the price on the menu to be updated.

I had booked Banquet Halls with Food. The Banquet Hall seems nice but one should never book their Banquet including their in house catering. I have had the worst experience with the taste and quality of food provided for my event. I only complained after my full payment to the hotel. The complaint fell on deaf ears. They don't deliver on their promise. NEVER AVAIL THEIR "FOOD" WITH BANQUET.

I have visited the restaurant of Hotel RJ. Food quality is absolutely good and service is much punctual. Staffs are well behaved. A lovely atmosphere with exotic decor, nice place for fooding and chill out.

Last three days ago I went Hotel Rj for spending time with my family. Hotel decoration, rooms and service was very nice. Such a beautiful hotel along the NH2. One thing that would be wrong if not said a girl named srija who mingled with us as we were known each other, also she treated us like family.

It a 3 star hotel and best place for the ceremonies and service is not so good. Food quality is average. And the rooms are the best in this place. It also have BAR89 and also having a huge no off parking place. For both two wheeler and four wheeler.

We went for a dinner in the restaurant at about 9:40 pm, and came out of the restaurant at 11:30 pm after having an incomplete dinner and felt almost thrown out by the staffs. Lot of staffs were roaming around but no one took order properly, we had to call them repeatedly. Asking for cold drink from the start, and got it at the last after repeated request. They were behaving as they will be more happy if we leave the place early. Got no dessert. Really disappointed with the restaurant. As a resident of Burdwan I would never visit them. Food was good, but if there is no hospitality, even good food tastes bitter.

Being on the national highway at burdwan, it's location is simply great. It's a new property. Luxurious rooms, good atmosphere, tasty foods, green lawn.... Everything is superb.

*#Big Big Big 0 star on food, most important thing is the behaviour. They don't know how to behave with customer, rude behaviour. I went with my bike , they said I can't enter . Also 0 star on internal communications and 0 star on behaviour! Totally disappointed with the service they are providing. Every time the staffs look and laugh at us. Very bad very very bad. Shame RJ....this kind of thing is really very unprofessional.

We didn't stay here. We stopped by to have lunch. It's really a good restaurant by the highway. Food taste was good. Service was really slow Other than that it was a good experience

We visit the Bar very frequently. And we always ask for Swarup to wait on us. He's very friendly and never disappointed us. Coming to the bar services, the food is exquisite and so are the drinks. Love the place and hope to visit again and again.🔥

Just visited the restaurant part of the hotel. Situated on the NH2, a few km south of Burdwan, the hotel is beautifully constructed and very well maintained. The restaurant serves varieties of food. The food quality is good although at a slightly higher price. The staff are well mannered and maintain high quality of service.

Very nice service, the hotel is well maintained and is hygienic. I loved the food here, everything is very simple yet very delicious that too at correct prices . It is a standard place , suitable for conferences or a family evening . I would recommend people to visit here and share their experiences like i have done. The ambience of the hotel is very good. Parking place is spacious. The food is also very tasty. Price of everything is reasonable also. But the service of some staffs specially the bar staff named "SUMAN" is worst, arrogant and very rude. I request to the management team to look upon him.

I went to the 31st night event. It was a bit disappointing. The drinks glasses were super dirty. The process to get drinks was super hectic. The shows were not up to the mark. But the food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was also good.

Well maintained, nice ambience, cordial staff. Flexibility of complementary dinner menu would have been better I.e., they have fixed menu. Suppose today their menu is Paneer do pyaja, then they r fixing to that item only, they r not changing to other paneer items which the customer may wish to take. For water u have to pay Xtra 50% price + tax, as they r not including it in food item. Overall nice experience.

Went on a Christmas afternoon with my wife. The first thing was that the ambience was amazing. It will give you a feel like a 4-star hotel from outside. Proper space for parking and the restaurant is on the 1st floor. The food was very good. I tried both Indian cuisine and Chinese as well as mughlai. The chicken used here is very small and tasty. It's not like a big size poultry chicken. When it comes to Chinese, fried rice is ok but not that much good. Because there was no capsicum and sweet corn because it's very important. Otherwise taste was good. Biriyani was very light. Tried chicken kadai and chicken tandoori butter masala and both were fantastic. Rates are reasonable compared to the view of the hotel. For 2 people it will cost below 1k.

The best and biggest hotel in Barddhaman Town. It's a Four Star hotel. Rooms are great. Food is good. Service is Fine Staffs are professional. Decoration inside the hotel is luxurious and gives a heritage feel.

Review reting absolutely 0 N 0.4th October 2022 Nabami night food quality very very poor. My wife N 3 years old son excited for dinner after waiting one'N half hour . But totally hopeless . In my life experience of restaurants food this night is very poor.we order checken tikka mixed rice chicken biryani but chicken quantity is very poor .

Really its an amazing place.. and food quality and service are also next level..Surely visit again.. thanks
