My review for Primadent should be 0 stars. Communication from Dr. Esana is 0 We had an appointment for veneers. She just started drilling healthy teeth without talking about anything with the patient, she walked back and forth between 3 patients, we were there for 5 hours. Either she was smoking and had a mobile phone or she was busy somewhere else... the veneers were glued by the dental assistant, an hour later after they were glued, 4 pieces fell out.. So back to Tuzla and glued new temporary teeth, the next morning again 4 pieces fell out , I would understand if it loosens up... The next problem - Dr. Esana said two to three days until the finished veneers, the dental assistant asked about the appointment for the finished veneers and she said only in about 10 days. After some conversation, it was "only" 8 days! There is no appointment scheduled for the repair of the lower teeth, but there is an appointment for whitening! Which makes no sense! It was even dangerous to whiten the teeth if they were not all fixed… So the appointment was canceled on the spot because nobody cares anyway, we patients had to worry about it... Date of gluing veneers: To glue the veneers, we were there for about 4.5 hours, Dr. Esana just stuck and quickly disappeared. The dental assistant took impressions for a night splint for the veneers. When taking the impression, the veneer fell out and was re-glued. After about a week of eating (pizza), the veneer fell out. Which really shouldn't happen! We visited the dentist and glued. He asked if they were ceramic veneers because he did not feel the ceramic when cutting the veneer, which did not fit 100%. Then he said it was a very, very soft ceramic. In conclusion, I absolutely do not recommend Primadent to anyone who cares about their teeth

I had an appointment with my wife today. Everything went well. The dentist was very kind, as was the girl at the reception. I hope that the service will remain at the same level and that I will not have to look for another dentist.

I trust Dr. Esana 100%! I am very sensitive to my teeth and I am afraid of going to the dentist, but Dr. Esana and her assistants are very kind and understand my fear! I come from Austria and to anyone who is not sure if a long trip is worth it, I can say: YES, it is worth it! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a really good doctor! I'll be getting my crowns in a few days and I'm really looking forward to it! I'll post a picture of the results as soon as I'm done.

Quick and painless, but a bit expensive.

After three "examinations", each of which was 7 days apart and where nothing concrete was done, the doctor promises you an appointment for tooth extraction at her husband's office and convinces you that you don't need to call and make an appointment. Of course, there was no appointment and I was told to sit and wait for a line of about ten patients. I don't have that time and my employer doesn't have that patience. Unprofessional and frivolous.

My review would be 0. I made 23 zircon crowns. I asked him to work on my teeth, it was a perfect bite. She pulled out my upper jaw by more than 1 cm, literally jerking it out. In addition, the entire fork was moved. She cut the right one and made my units unequal. Out of 12 pairs of teeth, not one is the same height, color or width. It looks awful..... I'm ashamed to laugh. In addition, she averaged the composition between the lower teeth and after 9 months it hurts hot and cold. Soon we will be in all the media because she "can't see anything" but she would correct me. Well, doctor, you'll get the covers back when you give me back my 9 months of no sleep, my bite that you permanently destroyed, and my smile.

This happens more often there: you make an appointment and the practice is not prepared, the employees don't know what to do or they go to get the materials or order a taxi during the appointment. The dental assistant had taken the impressions for the night splint for the veneers. When the impression was taken, a veneer fell out and was glued back on. He asked if these were ceramic veneers and I assured him that they were sold to me as ceramic. Since the veneer was a little too long, he had to shorten it a little and said that it was probably not ceramic at all but plastic or very cheap ceramic. Ultimately, I don't recommend Primadent to anyone who values ​​their teeth, and I certainly won't go there again!
