Stayed here for 3 nights and was extremely disappointed with the rooms and check-in staff/management. They addressed none of the issues we had (shower enclosure was leaking and flooding the entire bathroom, water temperature was very cold and the room had the distinct smell of sewage water). We complained everyday and they promised to fix it but never did. Breakfast buffet selection was decent and the rooftop restaurant was very good. The bar staff and outdoor sitting area was the only saving grace. I would not recommend this hotel unless your getting a very cheap rate.

From the moment I checked in, it was evident that this hotel did not meet the standards I expected. Firstly, there was a complete lack of basic amenities. The absence of hot water was a major inconvenience, making it impossible to take a comfortable shower, especially in the chilly weather. Additionally, the room lacked proper heating, leaving me shivering throughout the night. The condition of the bathroom was appalling. Not only was it stinky, but there were also noticeable leaks in the shower, which created a mess and rendered the floor constantly wet. This not only compromised hygiene but also posed a safety hazard. Furthermore, the room itself was nothing more than average. Considering the price paid for accommodation, I expected better quality and comfort. The overall experience left me feeling disappointed and regretful of my choice to stay at Radisson Blu Udaipur. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay in Udaipur. The lack of essential facilities, coupled with subpar cleanliness and comfort, makes it an unsuitable option for travelers seeking a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Really really beautiful property, rooms and restaurant. Lovely views of the lake from their restaurant & rooms. Picturesque palace with all latest amenities. Definitely worth the stay if you are in Udaipur. It's well connected to all the local touristy places as well.

Great hotel 🛏️ to stay. Complete privacy and good security. Room is large and bed is comfortable. Swimming pool is clean and safe. In the ground floor there's a restaurant where you can eat. Nice resort located at the edge of Fateh Sagar Lake. The living experience in the Deluxe suite was, however, disappointing. Clear lack of maintenance with non functional power outlets and bathroom faucets. Staff was courteous, and the breakfast spread was lavish. The travel desk personnel were very helpful.

really enjoyed my stay here. Excellent services, Ambience & Environment. Food was really mouth-watering. Would recommend a stay at this amazing palace & enjoy the view & food. The hotel has very friendly staff who always go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The housekeeping room was clean and tidy. The gym had fully functional equipment for all the fitness freaks. The swimming pool is cleaned daily. Looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel looks great from the outside and has a very nice rooftop restaurant. The compliment just stops there. The rooms are not upgraded for a 5-star hotel. The view from the executive suite is more dump than a lake. there were 2 weddings happening in the venue, no covid protocol followed within premises by the guests( from the wedding). Services were extremely slow had to be repeated twice. We needed ice for medical purposes which they were not ready to provide until the situation was explained. SO many red flags not going back ever! This hotel stay is not worth the money paid. Been to much better services hotel at lesser room rates.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel. From my personal experience it wasn’t worth the money. While the hotel is big and charming,it’s old. The television doesn’t work in the morning. Power keeps flickering every now and then. The service is terrible. They don’t greet you when you check in. Nobody cares. The restaurant/breakfast area is always busy and there’s no time for the waiters to take your order. Most annoying thing was that there was a wedding that took place at the time we were staying at the property. The music is so loud at 11pm that you can barely sleep. There was no email / reminder telling us that a wedding was taking place so we knew ahead of time. The all day dining menu has limited options. FYI if you book a business class Lake view room the lake some where far off and all you see when you open the curtain is barren land. I’m sorry to say but the service definitely needs to be improved for the price we pay. Not coming back.

It was a relaxing stay. The Spa was the best part. We had some issues with our room but the staff readily helped us. Food was amazing in the rooftop restaurant. The view is brilliant.

They took great care of our sudden medical need as well. Food was delicious and lake side view and roof top restaurant was double addition. Must visit place.

We were here with a group of 80 people and the guests just loved the property. It has a beautiful view and the property is huge. From games zone, to spa, to gym, everything is there. The food is also good. The waiters really take care of you and the staff is lovely. Highly recommended.

I would give it a zero if possible. The hotel caters for weddings and does not care about other customers. Please do not expect a decent night sleep in the Hotel. The rooms are not insulated and getting a room on the first floor was woken up at 5am both morning as people were having a conversation in the lobby. Had complained to the staff numerous times about the noise and they listen but never do anything about it. I have to ask 4 times to get another bed put in the room. They have loads of staff but the service is not off quality and staff really do not care. When I went to have breakfast with my daughter was told to come back later as they were busy with wedding party. This hotel is am embarrassment to the Radisson Brand. I always enjoy my stay in Indian 5 star properties and this would be my worst experience. 5 star property with a 1 star service and more importantly the staff do not care as despite having complaint 6 times during my stay no one contacted me about the issue. I would avoid this hotel for sure in the future. When I checked out the Manager promised that the General Manager will ring and discuss my experience. As per this hotels standards no one rang me to speak and discuss my grievance. This has to be the worst management team assembled.

Good rooms and service. But shower/ washbasins drains were partially chocked leading to slow drainage and water accumulation. Too much noise at night due to some group activity. Hotel has to ensure that other guests should not be affected by ceremonious events of some.

It was during the new year of 2021 - 2022 we spent 3 nights there. The rooms were ok and not that great. We had booked the base "Superior Room" but they had said they upgraded me 2 levels up to a "Club Deluxe" room however, I wasn't much happy with the quality of that room either. The housekeeping and service weren't that great and I had to keep asking for toiletries and other stuff which they couldn't provide on time even after reminding them multiple times. The customer service isn't good either they don't receive the calls ever and don't attend to your query. I wouldn't mind staying there but I wouldn't have many expectations during the stay.

Excellent location very centrally located. It's a palace converted to hotel. It's a big hotel with more than 200 rooms. The staff is polite and helpful. The service is quick and prompt. The view is good from the hotel. Many events take place here. The rooms are big and spacious. Overall a good experience.

The worst hospitality one could give because the rooms will not clean and we book the deluxe room but on arriving they told me that you have booked superior room and we booked the king size bed but they provided me with the twin bad and as you can see in the images the condition of the room and the hair dryer was also not working shower was not working. While booking we made the special request as we were on honeymoon and my wife’s birthday but there was no such arrangement from their end and they didn’t even entertained it. Even someone delivered a cake on the reception but they refused that they didn’t receive any such delivery and when giving the proof to them they confessed yeah we got a cake and they delivered it to our room on the next day.

An absolutely perfect hotel for a destination wedding, with great food, a really nice poolside. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, very well lit and the bathroom is really nice as well. It's definitely a very reasonable hotel with great amenities

Packs a punch with the amount the hotel charges compared to other 5 stars at Udaipur. Rooms were decent, and service was great. Amenities in and around the hotel, such as a swimming pool, gym, in-house restaurants, lends it a degree of comfort, which you can cash in on days you don’t want to brave the heat outside or trouble of navigating the city to search for such things. Annie, the manager at the reception, was an amiable host who didn’t shy away from helping us, and her splendid memory paved way for pleasant conversations and seamless service. Members from housekeeping were also very helpful and forthcoming. If I am to list any cons, I’d say that Covid restrictions could be a little better imposed. Can understand that patrons don’t want to be instructed to do things, and hospitality may demand a degree of tolerance, but I’d suggest more visual cues for people to mask up. Breakfast buffet would be a great place to start. Also, maybe consider starting/re-starting airport/train station drop and pickups.

Very nice place and courteous staff. Good location. But the maintenance is poor. The toilet exhaust didn't work for three days. Their phone also is very occassionally answered. Try this place in off season to get real prices. During season, their prices are very high.

Bad rooms , telephone dosent work , service was bad , hot water issues , breakfast had too much public during covid , visited feb 2021 when covid peaked, please do not visit checkin also takes huge time

The rooms are a bit outdated and need some refurbishing. The air conditioning unfortunately wasn't working on the entire floor "0". They have a beautiful view of the lake, and the staff is very hospitable. All in all, an okay hotel.

We stayed here for two nights and the stay was very comfortable. The property is centrally located and its very easy to commute to any other part of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Room service was quick and the staff was very courteous. I would like to specifically mention Maanav & Julie from housekeeping staff for their excellent service and towel art decor which made the stay memorable. The property has intresting amenities like archery, swimming pool, gym and cultural events in the evening to keep you entertained. The open sitting area outside offers you an amazing view of the lake. Lastly coming to the limitations, the check-in took us some time and the wait was boring. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

I had the finest experience staying at this hotel in Udaipur. The ambience here is too good and the rooms have picturesque views of Fatehsagar lake. Their staff is very polite and service is excellent too. Restaurants have all kind of meals like Indian, continental etc. Complimentary breakfast was scrumptious and had a large variety of food items. My stay was worth every penny. Location of the hotel is the best as it is centrally located and all the tourist places are in the vicinity of this hotel.

A good clean place, well spread out. All the Staff wore masks, though some guests did not feel the necessity for wearing masks. The rooms were well laid out, with clean linen & towels. Rooms were provided with kettle, and instant coffee, tea, whitener & sugar, & most importantly, stirrers. Staff was friendly, helpful. I couldn't say always smiling as their faces were covered by masks.
