Worst lab ever Take too much money And on other Patholab Price of test are low then that take 800 more on each test which middle class people not afforded. Gatiyaaa bakwas looteraaa center.

Pls don't prefer this centre. I go through ct scan and it's report written wrongly due to unskilled staff so our Dr checked CT film and write for review after that they write correctly. Here only infrastructure is good instead of skilled faculty and staff.

I am surprised we wait for 10 minutes for ECG report . eCG should be handed over immediately . This is causing loss of golden period . Pls look into asap without delay Quality of ECG is poor . Lot of mechanical defects . Can not expect this from Arth. Even tracing was not given in 10 minutes . Doctor was with us only . What about machine quality . Pls take feedback in constructive way and benchmark with best practices

Infrastructure is good but lack of professionalism. Management should take care of behaviour of attendent/nursing/medical staff there. At MRI premise and outside of MRI room, a lady who was giving instruction for cloth change etc were so rude even with elderly patients. There should be proper councelling of staff to bring professionlism.

Wrost services, they are ribbing off there customers and some charges are unacthical, I don't feel good not recommended to others. See the recent article fraud done by this diagnosis center. Now they will give excuses for This biggest mistake.

Sample collection Service is very very poor, and staff is not punctual of time, your staff has no value of customers, I am really disappointed, plz don't choose ARTH DIAGNOSTICS FOR ANY TESTS becoz they people have no value of their customer

Please do not choose this center. I got a few tests done and the results didnt make sense at all and I had to get retest done. The center is chaotic, sonography doc is irresponsible and reported incorrect. Please dont get mis-diagnosed because of their irresponsible behaviour.

I went to this diagnostic centre for my swab test and you wont believe the female staff was hesitating to collect test from my throat and were laughing like class 2 students and they had the audacity to ask me to collect sample myself like i am a doctor or something.The staff there is unprofessional.Wont recommend.

My experience was so bad on Arth diagnostic center. They are not concerned about patient and hygienic condition is so pathetic.

It is one of the best diagnostic center in Udaipur. I faced an issue there with my sister aged only 7 months; Nurse was not qualified/specialist in just taking the blood from baby and it caused mark on her hand that lasted after a month.

One of the best diagnostic centres of Udaipur. The best services and equipment are available here. Amazing behaviour of staff.

I went there for blood report and ask receptionist about there charges for blood report. their receptionist talked so rudely with us and even asking me that "do you know how much it will charge" and started laughing, and i said you are receptionist how could u ask me about charges you have to tell me about it. so after that i returned from reception without giving sample. Worst experience ever
