Looks like Kalyan needs more staff on first floor rather than ground floor! Just reached there and from service point of view, its pathetic! Either you manage folks and make sure you attend every customer! Worst experience! As a Level 6 Local Guide, I wont recommend anyone to here! Rather look for Tanishq!

Below average customer service. Firstly I had to ask if someone is available to attend and then go downstairs to call someone to help us. Secondly, they treat you like any casual person. You'll find better variety at their competitors like DP jewellers etc. You'll find lower making charges at other competitors. I hardly found 1 or 2 customers that too were left unattended. Overall just a big hyped brand. Would really suggest other competitors as compared to this.

Pathetic experience. I went there yesterday.staff behaviour not good.they don’t know how to treat customers.plus making charges are huge.and please research about gold prices and everything before going there.

Not a good experience. I buy 2.33 gram 22k gold. The actual gold rate was 5740 per gram. They charge 3000rs making charges on 2.33 gram gold with GST also. Means now actual gold is 7103 rs per gram.

The ambience is amazing and best I would say in Udaipur for a jewellery store but the collection is not quiet amazing atleast what I saw plus making charges are huge.

They don't have good parking place. They run the store on minimal staff who isn't too thrilled to help customers, you have to ask someone to help. The staff shows less enthusiasm in showing the jewelries.

Service is very bad very leas staff to attend customer. They will left you in between and attend another customer. They have some schemes and once you paid partial amount then you are bound with them and no one bother and care you as you are already paid some amount and you have to buy. I wasted lot of time in billings. Sales person genrate only estimated bills with that again you have to go for billing section there again they will calculate the actual bill amount. Customer don't have any clue of the actual price while selecting the items. Very less collections. In diwali time also no collections.

I have been to thus place before several times and also bought some really good jewelry but this time when I was looking for some silver jewelry for my laddu gopal ji....I thought to ask them before going if they are having it or not...I spoke to someone in the store via call he said they do have it....but guess what when I went there it was not available they don't keep it....huhh
