    Think they were out of chicken or didn't want to drop any. Rather than tell me they can't or won't serve any chicken... they let me order it then give me a bunch of roast beef instead on all of my chicken items. No idea why employed people would do this. I gave them no reason to ruin my order.

    Man do I love Arby's food. However this Arby's at Worthsville rd and US 31 should be closed down. The staff will not take a new drive-thru order until the current order is completed and pulling away. The store is always filthy. The food at this location is meh at best. If corporate cared at all they would fire the manager and any other worthless employee and start fresh. Hell maybe the area Manger needs to go.

    This Arby's was nice, fast accurate service employees well dressed and cashiers were pretty and presentable, manager Tyles was on his A game with his crew, good job and thanks for an amazing service over all.

    Not kidding, every single time. Every single time we order there is something missing from our order. 5 out of 5 times, incomplete order. Who is working behind the counter? Can employees not read properly? How hard is it to place items in a bag that were paid for? Are they keeping them? Is this the new trend? Sad I have to hold up the drive thru to check my bag because i just know I wont receive everything I paid for!!! Get it together! I worked in fast food. Its not complicated at all!!!!! Oh and thanks for NEVER giving straws, ketchup and condiments that we ask for every single time and dont get them! Nonsense!

    Restaurant is severely understaffed. Waited in line just to order for 20 min. Then waited for food for another 7. For the price of the food , you would think that you could get enough staff to at least serve it in a timely manner. I saw at least 6 cars pull up and the pull away. So you are losing money unless you jack the prices up even more.

    This place is absolutely filthy! If I wouldn't have already paid for my food before I looked around I would have walked out. It was gross floor to ceiling. The counter was peeling apart, parts are missing from it all together. The floor, windows, counters, sauce dispenser GROSS...and you can tell the grime is weeks old. The guy working the counter was very nice but was literally sliding to get everywhere like he was on a skating rink, I can only assume because the floor was so greasy/gross.

    Great service, great food. I like Arby’s in particular because they are always quick and easy with food! I always get the roast beef sandwich with curly fries! It’s so good 😁😁! I would definitely recommend this place!

    The food is good, but the restaurant is absolutely filthy today. Arrived 1 hour after it opened. Every table is dirty and the floor is dirty and littered with trash. The young man at the register has no personality and actually was a bit rude to the lady behind me. Sorry to post such a negative review.

    I went to this Arby's after a long day on the road, looking forward to a Market Fresh turkey bacon ranch sandwich. I came home and unwrapped my sandwich to find nothing more than turkey some onions and a piece of cheese. No bacon no lettuce no ranch. For the price I paid for this sandwich this was totally unacceptable. I plan on going to the store tomorrow and showing them the pictures of my sandwich versus the picture of what it is supposed to look like. Very disappointed.

    Set in drive through for 10 minutes without moving with only 2 vehicles in front of me so I went inside to see employees being confrontational with customers. Will not recommend going

    It took us a very long time to place our order. I understand there can be surges in customers coming in but employees shouldn't be leaving because their shift is over if the line is backed up to the door.

    Consumer service was bad no personality no smiles. Had to ask for sauces after asked if I wanted any sauces. Food was cold got a beef and cheddar cheese was drenched in cheese sauce bun was falling apart. Fries and mozz sticks were also cold.

    My children stopped by after a cross country meet. I physically seen 2 Gentleman working multiple stations looking exhausted. I mentioned I hope that over time pay is nice! Out of respect for the store and Arby's as a whole he just paused and changed the subject well working in Customer Service for over 20 years the was very classy on his part. I encourage Arby's to pay those that are grinding and sweating. Hard work is difficult to come by nowadays. Keep who have and put yourself in there shoes. This was not to tear down at all. Just an observation I noticed with the 2 men working last night. Hats off to you for being funny and acknowledging my children and encouraging them to work hard and do well! I got it! Cheeseburger was too good was sleep after he ate in minutes 😂 lol Blessings 🙏🏾!

    Waited literally 33 mins for the good burger meal (I know because I went over on my lunch break) and STILL was served a raw burger. Never again.

    This place was amazing. I went in thinking it be just a normal Arbys experience( which is usually good already), but the food here hands down the best Arbys ever. The food is delicious, the place was clean as can be. The workers were kind and patient. The manager David was a smart, resourceful man who treated people with respect and made me and my family feel welcomed.

    After quoting 20 minutes on 4 sandwiches and fries, there was no offer to make things right for the wait. Food was sloppy and although we were,"waiting," for fries, we didn't get the fresh ones.

    Food was stale and cold. I’ve never had this issue with any other place before. We didn’t get any Mariana sauce for our mozzarella sticks, only BBQ…. And we were missing a chicken wrap. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. The one in Franklin, Indiana is so much better. I’m not one to complain often.

    I think Arbys as a whole on an national/corporate level is declining in service and quality. Arby's use to be my first go to for quick to go food. But they are +$5.00 more per order than the competition...Today's economics don't warrant repetitive business

    This is the 2nd time I have attempted to use the drive through only to be told, "Just so you know I'm out of roast beef." The 1st time while annoying I could almost understand as it was during their 5 for $5 deal. Tonight they are not running such a deal. Can anyone explain how a place that sells primarily Roast Beef is always out of roast beef? All u can think is that, A the evening shift just doesn't want to work, B the previous shift did not prep for the later shift. Or C the management team is incompetent and cannot order adequate product. I highly doubt it is a supply shortage as they would put up signs. Further it was the same person in the window both times. So the location either staffs lazy or incompetent individuals. Regardless this is the last time I spend money at this location.

    They were out of roast beef, cashier who took my order for nuggets and dip because they were out of the one and only thing Arby's is known for had a nasty attitude and shut the sliding door in the drive through when I asked where my dipping sauce was. This location is due for a change in staff as this isn't my first terrible interaction with people at this location.

    This place has really gone downhill recently. They're always out of popular menu items and it takes forever to get your food, which is usually missing something. Just go down to the one on whiteland road. Faster and better that way.

    Ice machine in the lobby desperately need a cleaning. Fries were not fresh tasting. I notified the young looking manager on duty an felt my alerts fell on deaf ears.

    After being treated poorly at long John Silvers my husband and I came here where a young man greeted us kindly and was very informative after I asked him a question. We pulled off and my husband said that’s how you do it right there, if you want returning customers train your employees right or get management that cares!

    I go here often and they never have the Mac and cheese. I’m not sure why they even advertise as they’re always out. Decent food and usually nice people. But had a rude woman tonight.

    They tried the same scam that other fast food places are doing. They tell you that they have no change in the cash drawer or that their register is down and you have to have exact change, round up to the next dollar amount or use a credit card.
