I had my grandmother’s ring reshaped and resized, after it was damaged. Andrew Berry undertook the work at a reasonable price and his team provided good guidance on my options and excellent customer service. A lovely local business that I would recommend.

I had my wedding ring resized here recently. It is almost 70 years old and belonged to my grandmother, so is filled with so much sentimental value. They did a beautiful job on a ring that is an odd shape (hexagonal on the outside) and it came back looking beautiful and shiny. And most importantly, it now fits! Very pleased.

Ordered a nomination charm for my mother for mother's day, Louise was superb. Ensuring that I was going to receive it in time for mother's day with the post etc. Can't recommend this business enough, always a willing to help if they can.

Ordered from the website on Saturday 14.11.20. Email confirmation received immediately. Received another email Monday 16.11.20 to say order completed and on its way. Parcel arrived Wednesday 18.11.20 and had a little pack of sweets enclosed. Lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

Went today for a ring for my granddaughter. Staff were brilliant. Although they don't sell childrens rings my granddaughter chose one and they are going to resize it to fit and a reasonable price
