It is a nicely constructed hotel in a beautiful location with a lovely pool. But if you require functional air conditioning, don’t stay here. The first night was so hot that we didn’t sleep at at all. After they “fixed” the problem, it was just as bad the second night. There must be some type of construction defect as many others in our party experienced similar issues. Too bad as it could be a nice place.

Very bad to no proper WiFi in the room, a luxury problem, but very annoying when you want to keep in contact with people back home or when planning your daily activities. As for a regular cell signal, that's also something that's something you'll have to do without most of the time. Subpar in this day and age. Definitely some that needs to be improved, we're not in 2010 anymore... A four star rating in Italy is not what you are used to in any other country I'm beginning to think and appears to be more of a arbitrary number. Whats also lacking, is any form of information about the hotel or its facilities... Nothing about the restaurant, spa, swimmingpool etc etc.

The gardens are beautiful. It is conveniently located close to Alberobello, Putignano, Martina Franca. The spacious rooms have a balcony each with a table and two chairs. Breakfast is served buffet style. The dinner we had was very delicious. (There is also a beautiful resident cat that visits the lobby area often. 😃)

I didn’t stay here but paid the day fee to use the spa for the day. They had an indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms that were very relaxing. We also paid 40 euro for an aperitivo for 2 people which was nothing more than a few tiny finger foods containing mostly fish. When telling the staff we didn’t eat fish, they only brought 2 tiny pieces of bruschetta, a skewer with 1 minimal piece of mozzarella and half a cherry tomato each. Barely anything!! When checking out and bringing our dissatisfaction to the staff’s attention they did not do much to help and rather explained it was at the chef’s discretion. Very disappointing to not get the value for the money paid.

A Hotel with normal rooms or the possibility to sleep in one of the historical Trullo, that are on the ground. Also there's a pool with lot's of space surrounding it. The garden is wide and can be used for dining. Since it is also a conference hotel, there are conference rooms. The restaurant offers fine food that is well prepared and presented. The breakfast is not very extensive but covers all your needs for a perfect start in the day.

The location is far away from main destinations. Service is horrendous especially the spa. It is unsafe for guests. They do not apologize for mistakes they make. No variety in foods. They charge you for things you did not even buy. Extremely dirty rooms. Note: they contacted my tour director about this review aggressively asking for me to take it down. I don't recommend this place to anyone ever.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel, twin room with shower over the bath. Comfortable and clean. Reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant waiting staff worked hard, the MD and somelia need to work on their customer skills & focus on service rather than look at me......

Lovely hotel, the staff is been really kind since day one and we did enjoyed the beautiful spa that they have. The swimming pool is a great place to stay with family or friend and the room was really clean.

This hotel is such a disappointment! The outdoor swimming pool is dirty and cold, and you have to pay a fee (35E!) to use the indoor swimming pool, and the spa. There is no entertainment (singing, etc.) in the evening, no dancing or fitness classes. The hotel is isolated, and either you have to walk 5km along a dangerous road to get to Alberobello, or you have to pay through the nose to get a shuttle. The restaurant is nice but you'll have to pay an extra charge of 3E per person. Moreover, there was a big spider in the bathtub... which was blocked!

Attended a wedding in their gardens and it was quite nice. They also have a nice pool with a cool vibe.

Very nice SPA experience and very good restaurant for this well located hotel near Alberobello. The rooms and the overall strcture looks a bit outdated, but services are good and all the personnel is always available and ready to satisfy any request.

I was there just one night. We had dinner, breakfast and then we went to SPA. Everything was perfect: welcoming staff, wonderful site and sight (just trulli, green, olive trees, silence, nature), interesting and delicious dinner , a good morning with a rich breakfast and a very useful spa (it has got the hydro swimmingpool with big windows showing the outside ). I would go back there right now.

We stayed there for 3 days last month in October 2019. First of all, their WiFi is the worst I’ve ever seen in any hotel. I had to keep resigning in! Secondly, the hotel needs a renovation badly. The decor is outdated! Sorry, I would not stay there again.

👍👍 We had a nice stay in Alberobello. The staff was very helpful and service minded. We got a lot of information about where is best to park the car and things to do during our stay. The city is beautiful and October- November is a great for a visit. Not too crowded, not too hot. Just perfect!
