Worst experience ever...we went with family (including Infants ) for my mother's Birthday celebration. The kids were playing in lobby, but the manager behaviour was so rude. He argued and misbehaved with my mother ( senior citizen) and female members. They don't allow our kids to play in the lobby and scold the small kids. The food was average. But service was too late and unprofessional..I am not recommending this hotel specially kids and senior citizens..the manager don't know how to behave.

The food was good and so was the service. But the mutton could have been softer. The place is worth the price.👍🏻

Well the restaurant was good enough, its food has also become a lot tastier than what it was a long before. They've improved a lot.

I have had a terrible experience staying on the second floor. I had booked it for 5 nights but had to leave on the second morning after checking in late the previous night. The room 205 was unhygienic and unclean. There were too many mosquitos which posed a big health hazard. The sheets were yellow in colour. The next morning after check out I spoke to Sukanto the man at the reception describing my ordeal , he made me pay the full amount and advised me to write a review publicly. I felt cheated as the staff did do nothing and put me in a room with mosquitos and dirt around. This is very inhumane and I am very soon going to take an action against it. The man who allowed me this room - don’t know the name is the culprit . The hotel looks good from outside but my room was filthy with bad unprofessional and most importantly unethical people running the business . The hotel needs to be audited / raided to check if they pass hygiene standards.

I was in the restaurant and siting comfortably bending one leg over my chair. The Manager came to me and asked me not to sit like the way I was as according to him it was not estheticaly appealing. I asked the group of ladies sitting next to me that was my sitting posture offending them and they answered no. When someone comes to a restaurant with friends to chillout and have a good time they normally tend to sit in a way which is comfortable, not to be estheticaly pleasing someone, as we do not live in the UK or not dining with the Queen of England.....

Its was a great experience here in Parkline and the food was authentic with reasonable price. Also i thank to souman sir for his great service and polite behaviour. Very happy with the service. Will visit again here.

My experience is based on a busy evening during Durga Puja Ashtami Location is good. Service was Fast, polite and professional staff. The food quantity was very good as well.

The rooms were pretty good in this price. Neat and clean. Good room service. All amenities available. But restaurant was disappointment as service was too slow. Took 2.5 hours to serve order. Not much vegetarian options available. Don't know its like that in whole of Agartala or just this restaurant. The location is good. It is in middle of the city.

Btw this is first hotel in my 12 year career where they switch off geyser. I had paid 3K for this? Usually you get these kind of experience in below 1k hotels. Plus bed is of bad quality. People who have given 5 starts might not visited decent hotel. Absolutely not worth your money.

Stayed there for 8-10 days and felt cheated. Rooms are generally okay as compared to the other options in the city but beds are noisy and small. I could also hear occupants talking in other rooms. They have over five hundred items on their menu but only a few of them shall be available when you try to place an order. I had opted for lunch/dinner inclusive and when I complained about why most of the items were missing, the staff laughed and told me that I was free to go and eat outside. In addition, the taste is not good either. Further, most of the staff are freakishly untrained. Particularly those at the reception. They always give a look as if they are ready to wrestle with you. They make it look like they have done a favour by accepting your booking.

Today we came for dinner in the parkline hotel,food was delicious 😋 and the service also good ,the staff behaviour is good , servers by hridoy,and thank you Manuj for caring us and helped us .thank you 😋😋

The ambiance was quiet good and it goes the same with the food! A place to visit with your loved ones or family … specially the staff here is also well determined in their job.. *Mr.Manoj* is one of them!! Maybe the price will be little high but it’s worth it. One of the best in Agartala

I visited its in-house restaurant with my family. The ambience was good. Service was top notch and most importantly the food was good. Only one thing- the price was on a higher side. But it's manageable.

The ambience of the place is perfect for a perfect time with food. The food was better then Expected. The host Manoj was well behaved and the server Krishna served tye food with good behaviour. So I would suggest it’s a must visit place.

It was my first experience dining at the parkline, and I was amazed to witness a kind of exotic food that I had it! Hotel staff are very professional and do a great job to pleasure you. Special mention for Housekeeping staff members Maity, Shilpa & Sarah. They are very hard work and very efficient. they will maintain your room very well and fulfill all your needs. Staff is usually very courteous and receptive. Rooms are clean and well maintained

The hotel has a grand recption and great food and welcoming staff. The room was big enough for us. However we had issues with cleanliness. The bed had men's hair which I noticed the reception and they changed afterwards. The toilet was overall unclean with lots of stains. The bathroom floor had hair and unclean towards the door. The bathroom did not have floor mat or towel and it was high risk of sleeping off if you have wet feet. If you do not look for any standard stay you can choose this hotel.

The rooms were good and well maintained. The only issue was the lack of soap bar/ liquid dispenser in the washroom. I would strongly advise installing the same in bathrooms. Otherwise the hotel is good, courteous staff and the location is perfect to travel with ease of accessibility.

The food was so good today. We had chicken biryani and crispy baby corn from the Christmas special menu. They were delicious. The host named Manoj was really good with his behavior and served us well. I'm really happy with this restaurant. Totally recommend it!

The hospitality and behaviour of the staffs are very good. They are so kind and helpful. I really liked the hospitality of Mr. Manoj, he was so sweet and generous. And lastly the food was excellent. I ordered fish and chips and it was beyond my expectation.
