Booked a double queen bed. Rooms are average and clean. No toilet kit provided. No hand wash present in bathroom. Food is Ok. Staffs are well behaved.

Rooms are clean, spacious, price is reasonable. Food quality is good. Bit spicy as usual. TV has enough channel unlike only free channel in other hotels. Below is good market place.

We had once booked around 6 rooms in the hotel. Even some our friends and colleagues booked room in this hotel as per our recommendations. But to our shock the hotel lacks professionalism and behaviour. The manager and receptionist duo really need proper grooming of how to talk to customers. The hotel increases prices unreasonably and denies the same in your face. And specially the rude behaviour from the receptionist, is really very annoying. Do not take this hotel.

The hotel is situated on the 5th floor which is practically not possible to avail moreover the tariff seems to be very high.

Rooms are of good size but everything inside like furniture is cheap. They have plastic chairs in the restaurant. Service quality food is better than the Parkline.

I find this hotel very comfortable and staff are very friendly and supportive. Food is really good.

Food is good, must try tandoori items ,location is right in the middle of the city. Close to all important places of the town.

Nice stay over here. Fantastic staff both at reception and banquet. You will have great breakfast, variety of delicious foods. Rooms are clean having all necessary amenities and toiletries available at the toilet.

Everything is fine. Room service, staff behavior is excellent. Location is superb. The steps and walls of the staircase leading to the dining hall on the 7th floor needs to tidy and clean. At present it looks very dirty and stained with tobacco spit.

I had an extremely bad experience in hotel haven as it was filled with filth everywhere, the shower didn't work, wifi didn't work properly, found cockroach on the room and the items in the complementary breakfast wasn't even available properly and tasted like the worst food I ever ate. Also there's no proper gateway to enter the hotel.

Good place to check in... slightly costly rooms but spacious..! But building's elevator required maintenance 😅

Located at the heart of Agartala. If u want your shopping malls and street food close by your hotel then this is the budget friendly place. Room and bathroom was specious just ac and toilet comod was giving some problems in our room. Room service was average. However staff's behavior was good. Overall had a good experience. P.S. food was not very good specially don't wait for the free breakfast.

Not pesa washol hotel rooms.. Now you can understand... I mean not that much good according price..

No water during day of checkout. Had to wait for two hours. No controller for A/C as well.

Location is good, service is okay. The only gripe i have with the establishment is that water quality was abysmal. No one wants to bathe with dirty brown water everyday. They need to clean up their tanks and their attitude fast.

Room as well as the Bathroom were spacious. Bed sheets and towels were old and with dirty spots. Most rooms were window less. Cleaning was not upto the mark as I found the floor to be dusty even after Housekeeping. Water coming in the bathroom was dirty yellow. Had to throw buckets of water before clean water. Staff were good, courteous and helpful. Food not at all upto the mark, not recommended.

Rooms are good, service is also good but food price is bit expensive. Moreover in Rooms they should have tea & coffee making facility as kitchen opens at 8 am

All is good except as there is no room service that's the problem and there is not any gd resturant nearby. Besides this everything is gd as per the room prices.
