Always been pleased with treatment at this practice but very disappointed to learn today from the reception staff that people who require extensive hygienist treatment (not just a general clean and polish ) are entitled to some NHS treatment..This needs to be apparently agreed by your dentist (this has never happened despite me being a patient for a long time and my condition obviously documented on the company’s system) - I now have to discuss this with the dentist at my next check up. Why is this no offered to patients who need it???

I've been coming here for years now, the reception staff are friendly and professional and I have to recommend my hygienist Samira who is brilliant, I don't enjoy going to the dentist/hygienist and get nervous but she makes me feel at ease as she really knows her job and is always friendly and kind. She will take the time to talk things through with me.Today another male hygienist was with her , I can't recall his name, but he was also lovely. Thank you

Jordan was amazing! He was very thorough and explained what the issues were with my teeth. Jordan was patient with my questions and provided clarification without hesitation and it was great to see that my treatment was not rushed in any way. Very experienced and approachable and received a fabulous service from all staff - the Receptionists do a fab job too! Thank you for my new crown fitted by Jordan!

I called about a crown , lower front middle , which came out at about 2 pm on Sat …& looked awful. The last Dentist was leaving for the day …. When I told her via the receptionist what had happened she asked me to come in asap…. I was taken care of & the Crown was replaced within 45 mins . All the staff were first class & I left the surgery very relieved & happy . Great job guys 👍

High quality service, polite staff. Dr Ella Levene is wonderful. She always makes you feel at ease, clearly explains procedures and is so caring and compassionate every time I visit. Highly recommend this practice.

Amazing service, I've had several treatments, from fillings to removals and a root canal. All were dealt with impeccably by Ella and her team, the work has been of excellent quality, no waiting either always on time. The reception are always welcoming and helpful. Definitely the best dental practice I've been to. I'd certainly recommend.

My son was quite anxious at his first visit to the dentist,but is now very comfortable and happy to see Roy the dentist who is very good with kids, professional and thorough. The nurse us always very kind and polite and the rest of the team are extremely helpful. Such a lovely practice and I recommend it to all my friends and family.

Dental Hygienist Rebecca is outstanding. She takes great care to put me at ease and I attend my hygienist appointments feeling confident that it will be worthwhile. She explains everything as she goes along, in a respectful and professional manner.

The dentist is a place that I have dreaded going to all my life, however this past experience I can not rate highly enough. I had Jordan who was fantastic, very easy to speak to and got right down to sorting out the issue and my concern. I thought I would have to come back at least one further time but he was able to sort everything out in that half hour slot. I left very happy, thanks Jordan.

This is the best Dental Practice EVER!! Not only is the interior beautiful, the staff are lovely and welcoming! My dentist was Elysha and I was sooo nervous to have my tooth removed for the first time. She was so good at calming me down and reassuring me that it will be okay. I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic! I received quick help, and the dentist was incredible - empathetic and extremely thorough in diagnosing my facial pain, which turned out to be a nerve issue in my tooth. Unlike another clinic that recommended wisdom tooth extraction, this dentist correctly identified the cause of my pain. The private visit cost was comparable to nearby clinics, and the clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff is lovely. Five stars!

Wonderful interaction with clients and appear to use quite technology advanced equipment including methods when compared to my last dental practise which admittedly I have not visited since the pandemic. I had a deep filling and experienced no pain from the injection. Extremely happy with the service received.

I was incredibly happy to have found Woodford Dental Care given I couldn't find an NHS dentist anywhere in my local area. I've now had several long appointments and can honestly say that my experience was incredibly good. Probably the best dentist I've ever been to in my adult life! Had an appointment today this morning with Dr. Ella for a filling that has previously fallen out for 2 months. Dr. Ella made me feel very calm and the treatment enjoyable funny enough! I was I very happy and now I can finally eat and chew properly :) Highly Recommended! :)

Today, my 2 daughters and myself had the pleasure of seeing Ella and her lovely assistant for our 6 month check up. The best dentist experience I have had. I went with my toddler,myself and partner. The dentist was very thorough in her checkups and provided us with alot of advice we can start to improve our teeth. She was very patient with my toddler and made us all feel at ease. We have left feeling very confident and will continue treatment with her. Would recommend to anyone wanting a 1st class service

This dental practice is great. You always get a warm welcome from the reception team. The decor is very boutique, it just feels like a nice environment. My dentist Salisha is incredible, she always shows a genuine interest and asks after my parents, especially my Dad who tends to fall a lot. My Dad actually had his appointment the following day, Salisha worked downstairs that day rather than her usual first floor location, because she knew he was coming to accommodate him better and save him attempting the stairs, you honestly couldn’t get better customer care than that.

Absolutely cannot fault Ella who has treated myself and my three sons over the past year. She has a wonderful way with everyone -adults and kids. A genuinely lovely person who really cares about her patients. My eldest son had three extractions today and she couldn’t have been nicer about it not to mention so efficient and professional. Feel very lucky to have Ella as our family dentist.

Excellent service. For years I have been scared of Dentist but today that changed. Ella my new dentist was so lovely and checked on me every step of the way, she made sure I was comfortable and I felt very much at ease. The dental nurses and the receptionists were also very lovely and welcoming, I would definitely recommend this dentist.

Reception staff always extremely pleasant, very helpful and professional. The dentist my husband and I usually see, Sapna Sindha is always so very kind. She explains treatment plans in detail so we are always aware of what treatment is needed and why. Excellent service.

We've been NHS patients here for about 7 years now. In that time we have had a family and our kids are also now seen. The dentists here came highly recommended and we are extremely happy with the quality and service they offer. A particular shout-out to the team for being so accommodating to parents with small children - from reception staff to the dentists themselves, they are always so helpful and kind and have been instrumental in making the dentist an exciting trip for our kids rather than something they dread.

Just registered at this practice and it's the best experience I've ever had at the dentist's. Feels like a private clinic in Central London with the decor and staff uniform plus the practice has two floors. First time in my life that I've ever been seen at the actual time of my appointment as well. Dr Amin was extremely professional, friendly and helpful and highly thorough in her examination. Really got the impression that she genuinely cared about me as a patient. Would highly recommend.

Had my hygienist appointment today with Samira and assisting nurse Simran. The level of care and attention was fantastic. Samira was very welcoming and I felt very comfortable. She made me feel like no question was too small. Will definitely be going back in a few months! :)

Lovely receptionists. Serena Mayor gave me a check up and had to have 3 fillings but it was all fine. I could not believe how easy it was to sign up for NHS treatment after paying for Private dentistry for over 30 years as my dentist has now retired. As retired myself now I am grateful I can save a bit of money! Serena is very kind and gentle and explained everything before the fillings (it's been a long time since I have had a filling).
